## Local Review Crisis Radar

Monitors public Google Maps reviews through `compass/google-maps-reviews-scraper` by default, then returns only newly observed negative reviews. It detects common complaint themes, flags unanswered reviews, and marks a crisis when several new negative reviews affect the same business in one run.

Keep the same history-store name on scheduled runs. Only public data should be processed; do not use review data for unlawful marketing or harassment.

# Actor input Schema

## `sourceActorId` (type: `string`):

Compatible Actor that returns Google Maps reviews. Default: Apify's maintained Google Maps Reviews Scraper.

## `sourceActorInput` (type: `object`):

Input passed to the reviews source. For the default Actor, provide Google Maps place URLs or place IDs and choose newest review order.

## `historyStoreName` (type: `string`):

Key-value store used to remember which reviews were already alerted on. Keep the same name across scheduled runs for a given client; use a new name to reset.

Only alert on reviews rated at or below this number of stars.

## `crisisReviewCount` (type: `integer`):

Number of new negative reviews for the same business in one run that adds a crisis alert.

## `onlyUnanswered` (type: `boolean`):

When enabled, only alert on negative reviews the business owner has not replied to.

## `maxReviews` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of reviews read from the source Actor's dataset and scanned in this run.

## `webhookUrl` (type: `string`):

If set, the run summary is POSTed as JSON to this HTTPS URL after each run. A failed webhook never discards the alerts or fails the run.
