## Changelog

All notable changes to this project are documented here. The format follows
[Keep a Changelog](https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.1.0/) and the project adheres to
[Semantic Versioning](https://semver.org/).

### \[0.1.1] - 2026-09-28

#### Fixed

- Host name resolution on the Apify platform: the platform's resolver intermittently
answered "not found" for the sister Bangladesh portal (www.eprocure.gov.bd, four
consecutive attempts in three runs on 2026-09-28), and this actor talks to
www.egp.gov.bt the same way. When the system resolver fails or takes more than 5 s, the
actor now asks the public resolvers (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8), then the zone's own nameservers,
keeps that answer for the rest of the run and logs once that it did. TLS verification is
unchanged: the socket still connects by name.

### \[0.1.0] - 2026-09-27

#### Added

- Tenders from Bhutan's national e-GP portal (egp.gov.bt), newest publication first:
live by default, or archived, cancelled or all (`tenderStatus`). Tender ID, reference
number, full brief as plain text, procurement category and standard bidding document,
type and method (codes with the portal's English names), ministry, department,
dzongkhag, agency and procuring agency, publication and closing times in Bhutan time
(+06:00), status and amendment count, and a link to the notice page.
- Contract awards from the portal's Notification of Award list (`recordType: "awards"`),
newest notification of award first, one item per contract: contract, tender and lot
IDs, contract and reference numbers, title, ministry, department, dzongkhag and
procuring agency, method, advertisement time, award date, the supplier it was awarded
to, and the contract value in exact ngultrum (from the portal's advanced award search,
checked against the published figure) plus the published value in millions of Nu.
- Filters: keyword, ministry, agency, procurement category (tenders), method, dzongkhag,
`publishedSince` (tenders), `awardedSince` (awards) and `maxItems` (up to 20,000). The
portal applies what it can; the actor applies the rest to the newest records.
- Polite access: one request at a time, at least 2 s apart, honest User-Agent, retries
with exponential backoff and jitter inside a run-wide budget, a clear error when the
portal keeps refusing, and a clean stop shortly before the run timeout.
- Pay-per-event events `tender-notice` (per stored tender) and `award-result` (per stored
  award), charged after storing.
- Dataset schema generated from the zod schemas (draft-07, a union of the two record
types) with "Tenders" and "Awards" views, and an output schema.
