- Registered drug prices from the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan's PharmaPrice Index
  (e.dra.gov.pk/public/price): one item per priced pack with product name, composition,
  strength and dosage form (read from the product name), registration number, registration
  holder with its DML/DSL licence, category, pack size, maximum retail price in PKR (number
  and as published), effective date (ISO), source page and fetch time.
- Filters: the site's search (product name or registration number), an exact registration
  number, a company (name or licence number, resolved against the site's holder list), a
  category, and prices effective since a date (checked on every pack read).
- Order: newest listed first (reads the list from its last page) or the site's order.
- Politeness: at least 1 s between requests, one connection, an honest User-Agent.
- Resilience: retries with exponential backoff and jitter on connection errors, timeouts,
  5xx, 429 and pages without the price table, inside a run-wide backoff budget; a refused
  form session is renewed once; the run stops cleanly shortly before its timeout; optional
  Apify Proxy.
- Pay-per-event billing: `price-record` per stored pack, charged after storing; each page is
  planned against the remaining spending limit and the run stops cleanly when it runs out.
