## Clinical Trials Monitor — ClinicalTrials.gov to Structured JSON

Search and **monitor** clinical trials from the official **ClinicalTrials.gov**
registry, and get back clean, flattened, ready-to-use JSON. No code, no API keys,
no wrangling the raw API's nested structure.

### What you get (per trial)

`nctId`, `url`, `title`, `status`, `phase`, `studyType`, `enrollment`,
`leadSponsor`, `collaborators`, `conditions`, `interventions`, `startDate`,
`completionDate`, `lastUpdate`, `locationsCount`, `countries`, `briefSummary`.

### Why use it

- **Official source.** Pulls from the ClinicalTrials.gov v2 API — accurate,
  complete, and within terms (no scraping, no blocking).
- **No-code & flattened.** The raw API returns deeply nested JSON; this Actor
