## Pricing

from $1.75 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Fever Reviews Scraper

![Fever Reviews Scraper](https://i.ibb.co/fVLsWMrZ/feverup-banner.png)

**Fever Reviews Scraper** extracts customer reviews from [Fever](https://feverup.com) events and experiences into clean, structured data you can download as JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML. Paste a Fever event URL, or a whole city, category or search page, and get the star rating, review text, reviewer name, date and event details for every review. No account or login required.

### Introduction

[Fever](https://feverup.com) is a live entertainment platform used by millions of people to discover and book concerts, Candlelight shows, immersive exhibitions, tours and other experiences in cities around the world. Every event page collects ratings and written reviews from people who attended.

This Fever reviews scraper collects the same public reviews you see in your browser and turns them into a ready-to-use dataset. You can run it once, schedule it to run daily, or connect it to your own tools.

### What data can you extract from Fever?

- ⭐ Star rating (1-5) and full review text
- 👤 Reviewer name and profile picture
- 📅 Review date and number of helpful votes
- 🎟️ Event name, ID, URL and category
- 📊 Event average rating and total number of ratings
- 📍 Venue names and addresses, city and country
- 🔗 Direct link to the event's reviews page

### Use Cases

- 📈 **Market research**: learn what audiences love or dislike about concerts, exhibitions and experiences in a city.
- 🕵️ **Competitor monitoring**: follow the reviews of competing events and venues and spot recurring complaints.
- 💬 **Sentiment analysis**: collect only negative or only positive reviews and analyze them at scale.
- 🗂️ **Database building**: build your own archive of event reviews per city or category.
- 🤖 **AI and automation**: feed clean, structured reviews into spreadsheets, dashboards, or AI workflows.

### How to scrape Fever reviews step by step

1. Paste one or more Fever event, city, category or search URLs into **Start URLs**.
2. Set **Maximum number of reviews** to how many reviews you want per URL.
3. Optionally set **Maximum reviews per event**, a rating range or **Reviews from** date.
4. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish.
5. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the **Output** tab.

### Input

- **Start URLs**: Fever URLs to scrape. Supported pages: event pages (`https://feverup.com/m/645712`) and their reviews pages, city pages (`https://feverup.com/en/london`), category pages (`https://feverup.com/en/london/candlelight`) and search pages. For city, category and search pages, reviews of every listed event are collected. Date, venue and sort filters you apply on Fever are kept.
- **Maximum number of reviews**: how many reviews to collect for each start URL. Use 0 for all reviews.
- **Maximum reviews per event**: how many reviews to collect per event, so a city or category run covers more events. Use 0 for no limit.
- **Minimum rating** and **Maximum rating**: only reviews within this star range, for example 1 to 2 for negative reviews.
- **Reviews from**: only reviews written on or after this date.

### Input Examples

Scrape reviews of one event and of Candlelight concerts in London:

```json
{
    { "url": "https://feverup.com/en/london/candlelight" }
  ],
```

Collect negative reviews from the last months for events in London, at most 10 per event:

  "maxResults": 100,
  "maxReviewsPerEvent": 10,
  "minRating": 1,
  "maxRating": 2,
  "dateFrom": "2026-06-01"
}
```
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-16T15:53:49.205Z"
}
```

You can download the dataset in JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML, or access it through the Apify API.

### Notes

- The first reviews of each event are the highlighted reviews Fever shows at the top of the page; after them, reviews come newest first.
- **eventRatingCount** counts every star rating, including ratings without text, so it is usually higher than the number of written reviews you get.
- Many new or upcoming events have no reviews yet; they are skipped without results.
- Reviews are returned in the language they were written in.
- **reviewerAvatar** is null when the reviewer uses the default Fever picture.
- Fever does not show which date or time slot the reviewer attended, so this is not included.
- Unsupported URLs (for example venue pages or other websites) are skipped.

### Why use the Fever Reviews Scraper?

- ✅ **No login needed**: works with public data only, so there is no account to manage.
- 🌍 **Whole cities at once**: paste a city or category page and get reviews of all its events.
- 🎯 **Smart filters**: limit reviews per event, by star rating, or by date.
- 🧹 **Clean data**: ratings are real numbers, dates use one standard format, and text is free of HTML.
- 💸 **Pay for what you need**: set a review limit per URL and keep every run small and cheap.
- 🔄 **Ready for automation**: schedule runs, export to Google Sheets, or connect to Make, Zapier, and n8n.
