## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 results

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Fiverr Scraper

![Fiverr Scraper](https://i.ibb.co/XZpG2DLt/fiverr-banner.png)

**Fiverr Scraper** extracts gigs from [Fiverr](https://www.fiverr.com/) into clean, structured data you can download as JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML. Paste Fiverr search, category, or gig URLs, or type keywords, and get titles, starting prices, delivery times, ratings, reviews, seller levels, countries, and languages. Turn on gig details to add every package, the full description, FAQ, and tags. Works on PerimeterX-protected pages, with no login and no API key.

### Introduction

[Fiverr](https://www.fiverr.com/) is one of the largest freelance services marketplaces, where millions of sellers offer gigs in design, programming, writing, video, marketing, AI, and hundreds of other categories. Its listings show what freelancers charge, how fast they deliver, and how buyers rate them, which makes Fiverr data valuable for pricing research, market analysis, and finding talent.

This actor collects the same public information you see in your browser and turns it into a ready-to-use dataset. You can run it once, schedule it to run daily, or connect it to your own tools.

### What data can you extract from Fiverr?

- 🏷️ Gig title, gig ID, and direct gig URL
- 💲 Starting price in USD, delivery time, and number of packages
- ⭐ Gig rating and number of reviews
- 🗂️ Category, subcategory, and gig attributes (such as style or file formats)
- 🏅 Pro, Fiverr's Choice, and promoted labels
- 👤 Seller username, display name, profile URL, photo, level, country, languages, online status, rating, and review count
- 🖼️ Gig images and video
- 📦 With gig details: all packages with price, delivery time, revisions, and included features
- 📝 With gig details: full description, FAQ, tags, orders in queue, and the gig summary shown by Fiverr
- 🧑‍💼 With gig details: seller tagline, bio, member since date, response time, last delivery date, and skills

### Use Cases

- 📈 **Market research**: see what freelancers charge for a service and how prices change by seller level or country.
- 🕵️ **Competitor monitoring**: track the top gigs in your niche, their prices, packages, and review counts.
- 🤝 **Talent sourcing**: build a shortlist of top rated sellers who speak your language and deliver fast.
- 💼 **Pricing your own gigs**: compare packages and features before you set your prices.
- 🤖 **AI and automation**: feed clean, structured gig data into spreadsheets, dashboards, or AI workflows.

### How to scrape Fiverr step by step

1. Paste one or more Fiverr URLs into **Start URLs**, or type keywords into **Search queries**.
2. Set **Max results** to how many gigs you want per URL or per query.
3. Optionally turn on **Include gig details**, or pick a sort order and filters for your search queries.
4. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish.
5. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the **Output** tab.

### Input

- **Start URLs**: Fiverr URLs to scrape. Supported pages: search results (`fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=...`), category and subcategory pages (`fiverr.com/categories/...`), and single gig pages. Any filters and sorting you apply on Fiverr (seller level, budget, delivery time, style, and so on) are kept, and a URL with a page number starts from that page.
- **Search queries**: keywords to search on Fiverr, one per line. Each query is scraped separately.
- **Max results**: how many gigs to collect for each start URL or search query. Set 0 for no limit.
- **Include gig details**: opens every gig page to add packages, description, FAQ, tags, and more seller info. Slower than reading the result pages only.
- **Sort by**: Relevance, Best selling, Newest arrivals, Price: Low to high, or Price: High to low.
- **Seller level**: Top Rated Seller, Level 2, Level 1, or New Seller.
- **Seller country**: two-letter country codes, such as US, GB, or DE.
- **Seller language**: two-letter language codes, such as en, es, or de.
- **Delivery time**: Express 24H, Up to 3 days, Up to 7 days, or Anytime.
- **Min price (USD)** and **Max price (USD)**: budget range for the starting price.
- **Pro services only** and **Online sellers only**: limit the results to Fiverr Pro sellers or sellers who are online now.

Sort and filters apply to search queries only; start URLs keep the filters in their own URL. You can use start URLs, search queries, or both in the same run.

### Input Examples

Scrape a Fiverr search page and a category page:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    { "url": "https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=logo%20design" },
    { "url": "https://www.fiverr.com/categories/programming-tech/website-development" }
  ],
  "maxResults": 5
}
```

Search by keywords:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["video editing"],
  "maxResults": 5
}
```

Search with filters and gig details:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["video editing"],
  "maxResults": 5,
  "includeDetails": true,
  "sortBy": "rating",
  "sellerLevels": ["top_rated_seller", "level_two_seller"],
  "sellerCountries": ["US", "GB"],
  "deliveryTime": "3",
  "maxPrice": 100
}
```

### Output

}
```
Without gig details, the gig detail fields (`description`, `packages`, `faq`, `tags`, `ordersInQueue`, seller bio fields, `sellerSkills`, `aiSummary`) are returned as `null` or empty lists, while `isFiverrChoice`, `isPromoted`, `offersConsultation`, `sellerOnline`, and `attributes` are filled from the result pages.
You can download the dataset in JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML, or access it through the Apify API.
### Notes
- Prices are in US dollars. `price` is the starting price of the gig (its cheapest package).
- Fiverr shows promoted gigs at the top of result pages and sometimes repeats them; each gig is saved only once per start URL or query.
- Fiverr shows a limited number of result pages for each search. When the last available page is reached, the run stops for that URL. Split broad searches into narrower ones (by subcategory, seller level, or budget) to collect more gigs.
- The category name is filled for gigs in the main category of the page; gigs from other categories in a search have `category` as `null` but keep their `subcategory` when Fiverr lists it.
- Gig pages do not show the Fiverr's Choice, promoted, consultation, online status, or attribute labels, so gigs scraped from a gig URL have those fields as `null` or empty.
- Gig reviews are not included; only the rating and the number of reviews are.
- Only fiverr.com search, category, and gig URLs are supported; other URLs are skipped.
### Why use the Fiverr Scraper?
- ✅ **No login needed**: works with public data only, so there is no account to manage.
- 🛡️ **Works on PerimeterX-protected pages**: no proxy setup or API key needed.
- 🎯 **Keeps your filters**: paste any Fiverr search or category URL from your browser and get exactly what you see there.
- 🔎 **Rich filters for keywords**: sort, seller level, seller country, seller language, delivery time, budget, Pro, and online sellers.
- 📦 **Full packages on demand**: every package with its price, delivery time, revisions, and features.
- 🧹 **Clean data**: numbers are real numbers, dates use one standard format, and text is free of HTML.
- 🔄 **Ready for automation**: schedule runs, export to Google Sheets, or connect to Make, Zapier, and n8n.
### FAQ
#### How many results can I scrape?
You can set any number in **Max results**, or 0 for no limit. The actor keeps going until it reaches your limit or runs out of results. See **Notes** for the page limit set by Fiverr.
#### Do I need a Fiverr account?
No. The actor only collects publicly available data. You do not need to log in or provide any account details.
#### Should I turn on gig details?
Turn it on when you need packages, descriptions, FAQ, tags, or seller bios. Leave it off for faster runs when titles, prices, ratings, and seller info from the result pages are enough.
#### Can I scrape data on a schedule?
Yes. Use Apify Schedules to run the actor every hour, day, or week, and get fresh data automatically.
#### Why are some fields empty?
Some gigs simply do not show every piece of information, and some labels only appear on result pages or only on gig pages. When a field is not available, it is returned as `null` or an empty list.
#### Can I request a new feature or filter?
Yes. If you need other inputs, such as gig reviews or seller profiles, get in touch and they can be added.
#### Can I get a custom or private version?
Yes. The actor can be customized for your workflow, delivered as a private version, or a new scraper can be built for a different website. Use the contact details below.
