## Pricing

from $2.80 / 1,000 results

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Get-In Producers Scraper

![Get-In Producers Scraper](https://i.ibb.co/tMTLPfQ0/get-in-banner.png)

**Get-In Producers Scraper** extracts event producer (organizer) and artist profiles from [Get-In](https://get-in.com/) into clean, structured data you can download as JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML. Paste a producer, artist, or event list URL, or type a name to search, and get the profile name, bio, images, follower count, social links, and the full history of past and upcoming events for every result. No account or login required.

### Introduction

[Get-In](https://get-in.com/) is an international ticketing platform for nightlife, electronic music, festivals, and live experiences across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia. Clubs, promoters, and event companies run their events there, and artists appear in the lineups.

This actor turns those public producer and artist pages into a ready-to-use dataset: who organizes events, how big their audience is, where and how often they run events, and what is coming next. You can run it once, schedule it to run daily, or connect it to your own tools.

### What data can you extract from Get-In?

- 🏷️ Profile type, name, slug, and ID
- 📝 Bio / description
- 🖼️ Profile image and cover image
- 👥 Follower count
- 📅 Total, upcoming, and past event counts, plus next and last event dates
- 🎟️ Every event of the profile: title, dates, address, cover image, URL, and whether it is upcoming or co-hosted
- 🎧 Artists only: location, website, Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, genres, top tracks, and event ticket price range with currency
- 🔗 Direct URL to each profile and event page

### Use Cases

- 🤝 **Lead generation**: build a list of active nightlife and event organizers to pitch venues, sponsorships, or services.
- 📈 **Market research**: see which producers run the most events, where, and how large their following is.
- 🕵️ **Competitor monitoring**: track the event calendar of rival promoters and clubs.
- 🎧 **Talent and booking research**: collect artist profiles with social links, genres, and touring history.
- 🤖 **AI and automation**: feed clean, structured data into spreadsheets, dashboards, CRMs, or AI workflows.

### How to scrape Get-In producers step by step

1. Paste one or more Get-In URLs into **Start URLs**, or type producer or artist names into **Search queries**.
2. Choose **Search type** (producers or artists) if you use search queries.
3. Set **Maximum number of results** to how many profiles you want per URL or per query.
4. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish.
5. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the **Output** tab.

### Input

- **Start URLs**: Get-In URLs to scrape. Supported pages:
  - Producer pages, such as `https://get-in.com/en/producer/pacha-Ibiza`
  - Artist pages, such as `https://get-in.com/en/artist/marco-carola`
  - The homepage, category pages, and event list pages: the organizers of the listed events are collected, and filters in the URL (country, category, city, dates) are kept
  - Search URLs, such as `https://get-in.com/en/search?q=club&type=producers` (use `type=artists` for artists)
- **Search queries**: producer or artist names to search, one per line (at least 3 characters). Each query is scraped separately.
- **Search type**: whether search queries look for producers (event organizers) or artists. Start URLs keep their own type.
- **Maximum number of results**: how many profiles to collect for each start URL or search query. Producer and artist URLs always return one profile.

You can use start URLs, search queries, or both in the same run.

### Input Examples

Scrape the organizers of events on the homepage plus one producer page:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    { "url": "https://get-in.com/en" },
    { "url": "https://get-in.com/en/producer/pacha-Ibiza" }
  ],
  "maxResults": 5
}
```

Search producers by name:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["club"],
  "searchType": "producers",
  "maxResults": 5
}
```

### Output

Each profile is saved as one item in the dataset. Here is an example of a producer (the events list is shortened):

```json
{
  "url": "https://get-in.com/en/producer/FLYDANCE",
  "type": "producer",
  "id": 1744151,
      "maxPrice": null,
      "currency": null
    }
  ],
  "topTracks": []
}
```

Artist items use the same fields, with `type` set to `artist` and `location`, `websiteUrl`, `instagramUrl`, `facebookUrl`, `spotifyUrl`, `genres`, `topTracks` (name, album, year, play count, Spotify link), and event price ranges filled when available.

You can download the dataset in JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML, or access it through the Apify API.

### Notes

- Get-In does not publish producer email addresses, phone numbers, or social links, so those are not included for producers. Artist profiles do include website and social links when the artist has them.
- Event dates are the local time of the event venue, without a time zone.
- An event counts as upcoming until it has ended, so an event that is happening right now is still counted as upcoming.
- Event list pages only show events that are currently on sale, so they reveal the producers that are active right now. Use search queries to find older or less active producers.
- Each producer is saved once per run, even if it appears in several start URLs or queries.
- Search keywords shorter than 3 characters are skipped. Unsupported URLs (for example single event pages) are skipped with a warning.

### Why use the Get-In Producers Scraper?

- ✅ **No login needed**: works with public data only, so there is no account to manage.
- 🎯 **Keeps your filters**: paste any filtered Get-In event list and get the organizers behind those events.
- 📚 **Full event history**: every past and upcoming event of a producer or artist in one item.
- 🧹 **Clean data**: numbers are real numbers, dates use one standard format, and text is free of HTML.
- 💸 **Pay for what you need**: set a result limit per URL or query and keep every run small and cheap.
- 🔄 **Ready for automation**: schedule runs, export to Google Sheets, or connect to Make, Zapier, and n8n.

### FAQ

#### How many results can I scrape?

You can set any number in **Maximum number of results**. The actor keeps going until it reaches your limit or runs out of profiles. See **Notes** for how event list pages and search behave.

#### Do I need a Get-In account?

No. The actor only collects publicly available data. You do not need to log in or provide any account details.

#### Can I scrape data on a schedule?

Yes. Use Apify Schedules to run the actor every hour, day, or week, and track new events and follower growth over time.

#### Why are some fields empty?

Some profiles do not have a bio, cover image, or upcoming events. When a field is not available on the website, it is returned as `null` (or an empty list).

#### Can I request a new feature or filter?

Yes. Right now the actor supports start URLs, search queries, and a search type. If you need other filters or inputs, such as a country filter for search, get in touch and they can be added.

#### Can I get a custom or private version?

Yes. The actor can be customized for your workflow, delivered as a private version, or a new scraper can be built for a different website. Use the contact details below.
