## Pricing

from $1.75 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Google Events Scraper

![Google Events Scraper](https://i.ibb.co/zVksLpsG/google-events-banner.png)

**Google Events Scraper** extracts event listings from [Google Search](https://www.google.com/) into clean, structured data you can download as JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML. Type a search such as "concerts in Austin this weekend" or paste a Google search URL, and get the event title, date and time, venue, full address, description, image, and ticket links for every event Google shows. No account or login required.

### Introduction

[Google Search](https://www.google.com/) shows an **Events** block for searches like "jazz concerts in Chicago" or "food festivals in San Diego". It gathers concerts, festivals, conferences, shows, and meetups from ticketing sites, venues, and event platforms in one place, with dates, venues, and links to buy tickets.

This actor collects the same public event information you see in your browser and turns it into a ready-to-use dataset. You can run it once, schedule it to run daily, or connect it to your own tools.

### What data can you extract from Google Events?

- 🏷️ Event title, short summary, and description
- 📅 Date text as shown by Google, plus start and end time in ISO 8601 with the time zone
- 📍 Venue name, full address, city, and a Google Maps link
- 🏢 Venue details: type, rating, number of reviews, description, website, and phone number
- 🎟️ Ticket and information links, with the name of each ticket seller
- 🔗 Source website of the event and its page URL
- 🖼️ Event image
- 🔎 The search query, the search URL, and the position of the event in the results

### Use Cases

- 📈 **Market research**: see which concerts, festivals, and conferences are coming up in any city, and how busy each category is.
- 🕵️ **Competitor monitoring**: follow which events competing venues, promoters, or ticket sellers are listing.
- 🤝 **Lead generation**: build lists of venues and organizers with their websites and phone numbers.
- 🗂️ **Database building**: create your own local events calendar or city guide.
- 🤖 **AI and automation**: feed clean, structured event data into spreadsheets, dashboards, newsletters, or AI workflows.

### How to scrape Google Events step by step

1. Type one or more event searches into **Search queries**, or paste Google search URLs into **Start URLs**.
2. Set **Max results per search** to how many events you want per query or URL.
3. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish.
4. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the **Output** tab.

### Input

- **Search queries**: event searches, one per line. Include the kind of event and the place, and optionally the time, for example "concerts in Austin this weekend" or "tech conferences in London". Each query is scraped separately.
- **Start URLs**: Google search URLs of an event search, for example `https://www.google.com/search?q=jazz+concerts+in+chicago`. The language and country of the URL are kept.
- **Max results per search**: how many events to save for each search query or start URL. `0` saves every event Google shows for the search.
- **Country**: two-letter country code of the Google market used for search queries, for example `us`, `gb`, or `de`.
- **Language**: language of the results for search queries, for example `en`.
- **Proxy configuration**: datacenter proxies work well and are used by default.

You can use search queries, start URLs, or both in the same run.

### Input Examples

Search by keywords:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": [
    "concerts in Austin this weekend",
    "food festivals in San Diego",
    "tech conferences in London"
  ],
  "maxResults": 5,
  "country": "us",
  "language": "en",
  "proxyConfiguration": { "useApifyProxy": true }
}
```

Scrape a Google search URL:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    { "url": "https://www.google.com/search?q=jazz+concerts+in+chicago" }
  ],
  "maxResults": 5,
  "proxyConfiguration": { "useApifyProxy": true }
}
```

### Output

Each event is saved as one item in the dataset. Here is an example of a single item:

```json
{
  "url": "https://www.google.com/search?q=Rudresh+Mahanthappa%2C+Constellation%2C+Nov+5%2C+8%3A30+PM&hl=en&gl=us",
  "searchUrl": "https://www.google.com/search?q=jazz+concerts+in+chicago&hl=en&gl=us"
}
```

You can download the dataset in JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML, or access it through the Apify API.

### Notes

- Google shows up to about 10 events per search. To collect more events, run several specific searches (for example by category, neighborhood, or date such as "this weekend").
- The Events block only appears for searches that name a kind of event and a place. Broad searches such as "events" or searches Google does not treat as event searches return no events; the run logs a warning for them.
- Sponsored (paid) event listings are not included.
- `startDate` and `endDate` are converted to UTC; `timeZone` holds the local time zone of the event, and `dateText` shows the date as Google displays it.
- Some events have no description, image, ticket link, or venue rating, so those fields are returned as `null` or an empty list.
- Venue details and descriptions are read from English results; with another language some of them can be empty.

### Why use the Google Events Scraper?

- ✅ **No login needed**: works with public data only, so there is no account to manage.
- 🎟️ **Direct ticket links**: get the real ticket seller URLs, not Google redirect links.
- 🧹 **Clean data**: dates in ISO 8601, ratings and review counts as numbers, and text free of HTML.
- 💸 **Pay for what you need**: set a result limit per search and keep every run small and cheap.
- 🔄 **Ready for automation**: schedule runs, export to Google Sheets, or connect to Make, Zapier, and n8n.

### FAQ
