## Pricing

from $2.10 / 1,000 results

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Ibiza Spotlight Scraper

![Ibiza Spotlight Scraper](https://i.ibb.co/pB0PYmRF/ibiza-spotlight-banner.png)

**Ibiza Spotlight Scraper** extracts parties and club nights from the [Ibiza Spotlight](https://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/) party calendar into clean, structured data you can download as JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML. Paste a party calendar, boat party calendar, party, or event URL, and get the title, date and time, venue, full DJ line-up, ticket prices, description, and images for every party. No account or login required.

### Introduction

[Ibiza Spotlight](https://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/) is the best-known guide to Ibiza and runs the island's official party calendar, with day-by-day listings of club nights, DJs, and tickets for clubs such as Pacha, Ushuaïa, Hï Ibiza, Amnesia, and \[UNVRS], plus boat parties and off-season events.

This actor collects the same public information you see in your browser and turns it into a ready-to-use dataset. You can run it once, schedule it to run daily, or connect it to your own tools.

### What data can you extract from Ibiza Spotlight?

- 🎉 Party title, party series (promoter) name, and description
- 📅 Date, start and end time, and full start and end date with the Ibiza time zone
- 📍 Venue name, venue page, and venue coordinates
- 🎧 Full DJ line-up per room, artist profile links, and a flat list of artists
- 💶 Every ticket type with price, currency, and availability, plus the lowest price
- ℹ️ Party notes such as free entry times and opening hours
- 🖼️ Party image, gallery images, and party logo
- 🔗 Direct URL of each party and its party page, and the event status

### Use Cases

- 📈 **Market research**: follow ticket prices, opening and closing parties, and line-ups across the season.
- 🕵️ **Competitor monitoring**: see which DJs play where and which nights each club runs.
- 🗓️ **Event listings**: power your own Ibiza nightlife calendar, newsletter, or travel app.
- 🗂️ **Database building**: build a history of parties, residencies, and artists from past seasons.
- 🤖 **AI and automation**: feed clean, structured data into spreadsheets, dashboards, or AI workflows.

### How to scrape Ibiza Spotlight step by step

1. Paste one or more Ibiza Spotlight URLs into **Start URLs**.
2. Optionally narrow the results with **Venue**, **Date from**, and **Date to**.
3. Set **Maximum number of results** to how many parties you want per URL.
4. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish.
5. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the **Output** tab.

### Input

- **Start URLs**: Ibiza Spotlight URLs to scrape. Supported pages:
  - The party calendar home (`https://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/night/events`): upcoming parties from today on, week by week.
  - A month (`/night/events/2026/08`), a week (`/night/events/2026/08?daterange=03/08/2026-09/08/2026`), or a single day (`/night/events/2026/08/05`) of the party calendar, including past seasons.
  - The same pages of the boat party calendar (`/boat-party/events`).
  - A party page (`/night/promoters/...`): every date of that party in the season.
  - A single event: a party page link ending with `#event-` and a number, as linked from the calendar.
- **Maximum number of results**: how many parties to collect for each start URL. Use 0 for unlimited.
- **Venue**: only keep parties at venues whose name contains this text, for example Pacha, Amnesia, or Ushuaïa.
- **Date from** and **Date to**: only keep parties on or between these days (Ibiza time).

### Input Examples

Scrape upcoming parties from the Ibiza Spotlight party calendar:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/night/events" }],
  "maxResults": 5
}
```

Scrape every party at Pacha in August 2026:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/night/events/2026/08" }],
  "maxResults": 0,
  "venue": "Pacha"
}
```

### Output

You can download the dataset in JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML, or access it through the Apify API.

### Notes

- Venue pages (for example `/night/clubs/pacha_i.htm`) do not list parties, so they are skipped. Use the calendar with the **Venue** filter instead.
- The calendar home keeps going week by week and stops after six weeks in a row without any party, which is common in the winter off-season.
- Ticket prices are only available for upcoming parties with tickets sold on Ibiza Spotlight. Past parties and parties without ticket sales return an empty `tickets` list and `priceFrom` as `null`.
- Many clubs do not announce a closing time, so `endTime` and `endDate` are often `null`.
- The description is the text of the party page, so every date of the same party shares the same description and images.
- Venue coordinates are only returned when the party takes place at its usual venue.
- Line-ups announced as "Line-up TBA" are kept in `lineup` but left out of `artists`.

### Why use the Ibiza Spotlight Scraper?

- ✅ **No login needed**: works with public data only, so there is no account to manage.
- 🎯 **Any date range**: scrape one day, one week, a whole month, a past season, or everything coming up.
- 🎧 **Full line-ups and all ticket types**: every room, every DJ, and every ticket price, not just a summary.
- 🧹 **Clean data**: prices are real numbers, dates use one standard format with the Ibiza time zone, and text is free of HTML.
- 💸 **Pay for what you need**: set a result limit per URL and keep every run small and cheap.
- 🔄 **Ready for automation**: schedule runs, export to Google Sheets, or connect to Make, Zapier, and n8n.

### FAQ

No. The actor only collects publicly available data. You do not need to log in or provide any account details.

#### Can I scrape past seasons?

Yes. Paste a calendar URL of any past month, week, or day, for example `https://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/night/events/2025/08`, or use **Date from** and **Date to**.

#### Can I scrape data on a schedule?

Yes. Use Apify Schedules to run the actor every day or week and get fresh line-ups and ticket prices automatically.

#### Can I request a new feature or filter?
