## Pricing

from $2.80 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Tazkarti Scraper

![Tazkarti Scraper](https://i.ibb.co/3YGmSp3B/tazkarti-banner.png)

**Tazkarti Scraper** extracts events and football matches from [Tazkarti](https://www.tazkarti.com/), the Egyptian ticketing platform, into clean, structured data you can download as JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML. Paste a Tazkarti events or matches URL and get names in English and Arabic, dates, venues with coordinates, ticket categories, and prices in EGP for every result. No account or login required.

### Introduction

[Tazkarti](https://www.tazkarti.com/) is the ticketing platform used in Egypt for Egyptian Premier League and African club football matches, and for concerts, festivals, opera nights, and other live events at venues such as the Cairo Opera House and the Pyramids. Its listings show what is on sale in Egypt, where, when, and at what price.

This actor collects the same public information you see in your browser and turns it into a ready-to-use dataset. You can run it once, schedule it to run daily, or connect it to your own tools.

### What data can you extract from Tazkarti?

- 🎭 Event name in English and Arabic, category, description, and image
- 📅 Event start and end dates, plus the date and time of every show
- 🎟️ Ticket categories for each show (such as Orchestra, Balcony, General Admission) with capacity and seating type
- 💲 Minimum ticket price for events, and the price of every ticket category for matches, in EGP
- 📍 Venue name and location in English and Arabic, with latitude and longitude
- ⚽ Match teams with logos, tournament, round, stadium, and city
- ⏰ Kick-off time, gates opening time, match end time, and booking status
- 📜 Terms of entry and booking rules, such as guest booking and the ticket limit per fan
- 🔗 Direct URL to each event

### Use Cases

- 📈 **Market research**: follow ticket prices and the live events calendar in Egypt by venue, category, and season.
- 🕵️ **Competitor monitoring**: see which concerts, festivals, and shows are on sale and how they are priced.
- ⚽ **Sports analytics**: track Egyptian league and CAF match fixtures, stadiums, and ticket prices per stand.
- 🗂️ **Database building**: build your own event calendar or ticket price history for Egypt.
- 🤖 **AI and automation**: feed clean, structured data into spreadsheets, dashboards, or AI workflows.

### How to scrape Tazkarti step by step

1. Paste one or more Tazkarti URLs into **Start URLs**.
2. Set **Maximum number of results** to how many events or matches you want per URL.
3. Optionally set **Date from** and **Date to** to keep only events and matches in that period.
4. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish.
5. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the **Output** tab.

### Input

- **Start URLs**: Tazkarti URLs to scrape. Supported pages:
  - the events page, for example `https://www.tazkarti.com/#/events`
  - an event category, for example `https://www.tazkarti.com/#/events/category/130`
  - a single event, for example `https://www.tazkarti.com/#/e/2098` or `https://www.tazkarti.com/#/events/2098`
  - the matches page, `https://www.tazkarti.com/#/matches`
- **Maximum number of results**: how many events or matches to collect for each start URL. Use 0 to collect everything.
- **Date from** and **Date to**: optional. Keep only events and matches that take place within these dates (Egypt local dates). They apply to the events, category, and matches pages.

### Input Examples

Scrape events and football matches:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    { "url": "https://www.tazkarti.com/#/events" },
    { "url": "https://www.tazkarti.com/#/matches" }
  ],
  "maxResults": 5
}
```

Scrape every event of one category in a date range:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://www.tazkarti.com/#/events/category/130" }],
  "maxResults": 0,
  "dateFrom": "2026-10-22",
  "dateTo": "2026-10-31"
}
```

### Output

Each event or match is saved as one item in the dataset. The `type` field tells you which one it is. Here is an example of an event:

You can download the dataset in JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML, or access it through the Apify API.

### Notes

- Only the events, event category, single event, and matches pages are supported. Other Tazkarti pages and other websites are skipped.
- Tazkarti only lists upcoming and current events. A link to a past event returns no result.
- For events, Tazkarti shows the price of each ticket category only as a picture, so events include the minimum price plus the ticket categories without their individual prices. Matches include the price of every ticket category.
- Times (show times, kick-off, gates opening) are converted from Egypt local time to UTC. Event start and end dates are whole days, so they are given as dates only.
- Matches do not have their own page on Tazkarti, so the URL of a match is the matches page.
- Some event names are only published in Arabic, so `name` and `nameAr` can be the same.

### Why use the Tazkarti Scraper?

- ✅ **No login needed**: works with public data only, so there is no account to manage.
- 🌍 **English and Arabic**: names, venues, descriptions, and terms come in both languages.
- 🧹 **Clean data**: numbers are real numbers, dates use one standard format, and text is free of HTML.
- 💸 **Pay for what you need**: set a result limit per URL and keep every run small and cheap.
- 🔄 **Ready for automation**: schedule runs, export to Google Sheets, or connect to Make, Zapier, and n8n.

### FAQ

#### How many results can I scrape?

You can set any number in **Maximum number of results**, or 0 for everything. The actor stops when it reaches your limit or when there are no more events or matches on Tazkarti.

#### Do I need a Tazkarti account?

No. The actor only collects publicly available data. You do not need to log in or provide any account details.

#### Can I scrape data on a schedule?

Yes. Use Apify Schedules to run the actor every hour, day, or week, and get fresh data automatically.

#### Why are some fields empty?

Some events simply do not show every piece of information, such as terms of entry or ticket category notes. When a field is not available on the website, it is returned as `null`.

#### Can I request a new feature or filter?

Yes. Right now the actor supports start URLs and a date range. If you need other filters, such as team, stadium, or tournament for matches, get in touch and they can be added.

#### Can I get a custom or private version?

Yes. The actor can be customized for your workflow, delivered as a private version, or a new scraper can be built for a different website. Use the contact details below.
