## Pricing

from $2.80 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## The Agenda Scraper

![The Agenda Scraper](https://i.ibb.co/pjFbRtqf/theagenda-banner.png)

**The Agenda Scraper** extracts Dubai events, dates, venue information and published ticket offers from [The Agenda](https://www.theagenda.com/). Paste an event listing or individual event URL and download structured results as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML. No login required.

### Introduction

[The Agenda](https://www.theagenda.com/) is an entertainment and events venue in Dubai Media City, hosting concerts, community gatherings and live shows. This actor turns its public event information into a dataset for event calendars, research and ticket price monitoring.

### What data can you extract from The Agenda?

- Event title, stable ID, public URL, summary and full description.
- Start and end dates, event time zone, status and attendance mode.
- Venue name, address, city, country, latitude and longitude.
- Lowest and highest published ticket prices and currency.
- Every published ticket category, including its description, price, availability, purchase limit, sale dates and additional fees when provided.
- Booking link, event images, categories, language and publication dates.

### Use Cases

- **Event calendars**: collect Dubai concerts and shows with dates and venue details.
- **Price monitoring**: compare published ticket categories and price ranges over time.
- **Event research**: analyze descriptions, locations and upcoming entertainment.
- **Automation**: feed fresh event data into spreadsheets, dashboards and alerts.

### How to scrape The Agenda step by step

1. Paste the homepage, upcoming events page or individual event links into **Start URLs**.
2. Set **Maximum number of results** for each URL.
3. Optionally choose **Start date** and **End date** to restrict event start dates.
4. Click **Start**, then download the dataset from the **Output** tab.

### Input

- **Start URLs**: supports `https://www.theagenda.com/`, `https://www.theagenda.com/upcoming` and individual `https://www.theagenda.com/events/...` pages. Unsupported URLs are skipped.
- **Maximum number of results**: saved events per start URL after date filtering. Default: 5. Set 0 for all available events.
- **Start date**: optional earliest event start date in YYYY-MM-DD format, inclusive.
- **End date**: optional latest event start date in YYYY-MM-DD format, inclusive.

Both date filters apply to every start URL and use the event's local calendar date. Results include only events whose start date falls in the range.

### Input Examples

Collect up to five upcoming events with the default input:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://www.theagenda.com/upcoming" }],
  "maxResults": 5
}
```

### Output

Each saved event is one dataset item. This example comes from a real result; long descriptions are shortened here:

### Notes

- Only public events listed on The Agenda are collected. Previous-event photo galleries and other website pages are unsupported.
- The site currently publishes a small upcoming catalog, so a limit larger than the available event count returns fewer results.
- Events sold through external vendors are included with a booking link. Prices are `null` and offers are empty when The Agenda does not publish them; external vendor pages are not collected.
- Price ranges include every published offer, including exhibitor packages. Fees appear only when provided separately by the site.
- Dates in the output use UTC; `timeZone` preserves the event's local time zone.
- Each start URL has its own result limit and deduplication. Overlapping start URLs can return the same event once for each input URL.
- Text and place names retain the language published by the website.

### Why use The Agenda Scraper?

- **No login needed**: collect publicly available events without an account.
- **Complete ticket categories**: retain individual published offers alongside price summaries.
- **Date selection**: focus on a specific period using inclusive local-date filters.
- **Clean output**: structured venue details, numeric prices and standard date formats.
- **Ready for automation**: schedule recurring runs and connect results to other tools.
