## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Thrillark Reviews Scraper

![Thrillark Reviews Scraper](https://i.ibb.co/kY5j0Sf/thrillark-banner.png)

**Thrillark Reviews Scraper** extracts customer reviews from [Thrillark](https://www.thrillark.com/) into clean, structured data you can download as JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML. Paste a Thrillark attraction, city, or category URL, or type a city name, and get the star rating, review text, date, reviewer name, review photos, and the rating of the reviewed attraction. No account or login required.

### Introduction

[Thrillark](https://www.thrillark.com/) is a booking platform for attraction tickets, tours, desert safaris, theme parks, and experiences in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bali, Singapore, and other destinations. Each attraction page shows customer reviews with a star rating, so popular attractions such as the Burj Khalifa or the Yas Island theme parks have more than a hundred reviews each.

This actor collects the same public reviews you see in your browser and turns them into a ready-to-use dataset. You can run it once, schedule it to run regularly, or connect it to your own tools.

### What data can you extract from Thrillark?

- ⭐ Star rating (1 to 5) and its label, such as Excellent or Good
- 💬 Review text
- 📅 Review date
- 👤 Reviewer name
- 🖼️ Photos added by the reviewer
- 🎟️ Name, ID, and link of the reviewed attraction or tour
- 📍 City of the attraction
- 📊 Average rating and total number of reviews of the attraction

### Use Cases

- 📈 **Market research**: compare how customers rate attractions, tours, and experiences in a city.
- 🕵️ **Competitor monitoring**: follow what customers say about competing tours and attractions.
- 💬 **Sentiment analysis**: collect review text for text analysis and topic detection.
- 🛠️ **Product improvement**: find recurring complaints about pickups, guides, or tickets in low-rated reviews.
- 🤖 **AI and automation**: feed clean, structured reviews into spreadsheets, dashboards, or AI workflows.

### How to scrape Thrillark reviews step by step

1. Paste one or more Thrillark URLs into **Start URLs**, or type city names into **Cities**.
2. Set **Maximum number of reviews** to how many reviews you want per URL or city.
3. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish.
4. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the **Output** tab.

### Input

- **Start URLs**: Thrillark URLs to scrape. Supported pages:
  - Attraction pages, for example `https://www.thrillark.com/burj-khalifa-tickets-at-the-top-level-124-125-t-135/`
  - City lists, for example `https://www.thrillark.com/dubai-tours/`
  - City pages, for example `https://www.thrillark.com/things-to-do-in-dubai/`
  - Category pages, for example `https://www.thrillark.com/dubai-adventure-c-26/`
  - For city and category pages the actor collects the reviews of every attraction listed there, in the order the website shows them.
- **Cities**: city names such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bali, or Singapore. The actor collects the reviews of all attractions in each city.
- **Maximum number of reviews**: how many reviews to collect for each start URL or city. For city and category pages the limit counts the reviews of all their attractions together. Use `0` for no limit.

### Input Examples

Scrape reviews of two attractions:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    { "url": "https://www.thrillark.com/burj-khalifa-tickets-at-the-top-level-124-125-t-135/" },
    { "url": "https://www.thrillark.com/olioli-dubai-tickets-t-1366/" }
  ],
  "maxResults": 5
}
```

Get 100 reviews of attractions in Abu Dhabi and in a Dubai category:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://www.thrillark.com/dubai-adventure-c-26/" }],
  "searchQueries": ["Abu Dhabi"],
  "maxResults": 100
}
```

### Output

Each review is saved as one item in the dataset. Here is an example of a single item:

```json
{
  "url": "https://www.thrillark.com/burj-khalifa-tickets-at-the-top-level-124-125-t-135/",
  "attractionId": 135,
  "attractionName": "Burj Khalifa At The Top Tickets: Level 124 & 125",
  "city": "Dubai",
  "attractionRating": 4.5,
  "attractionReviewCount": 123,
  "userName": "Stephen Muhia Gitau",
  "rating": 5,
  "ratingLabel": "Excellent",
  "text": "Thrillax has the best prices for everything",
  "date": "2025-06-03T12:39:06Z",
  "images": [
    "https://productreviews-attachments.trustpilot.com/683eece74066aa9a9cebed3a_original.jpeg",
    "https://productreviews-attachments.trustpilot.com/683eece74066aa9a9cebed3a_360pxWide.jpeg",
    "https://productreviews-attachments.trustpilot.com/683eece74066aa9a9cebed3a_1024pxWide.jpeg"
  ]
}
```

`images` lists every size the website offers for each review photo (original, small, and large).

You can download the dataset in JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML, or access it through the Apify API.

### Notes

- The review count shown on an attraction can be a little higher than the number of reviews the website actually lists, so the actor may return fewer reviews than that count. Reviews listed twice on the website are returned once.
- Reviews are collected in the order the website shows them. Thrillark has no review sorting or filters.
- Attractions without reviews on city and category pages are skipped.
- Discover pages, articles, language versions of pages, and URLs from other websites are not supported and are skipped.

### Why use the Thrillark Reviews Scraper?

- ✅ **No login needed**: works with public data only, so there is no account to manage.
- 🌍 **Many pages at once**: paste attractions, categories, or a whole city and get all their reviews in one dataset.
- 🧹 **Clean data**: ratings are numbers, dates use one standard format, and text is free of HTML.
- ⚡ **Fast and light**: no browser and no proxy needed, so runs finish quickly.
- 💸 **Pay for what you need**: set a review limit per URL and keep every run small and cheap.
- 🔄 **Ready for automation**: schedule runs, export to Google Sheets, or connect to Make, Zapier, and n8n.

### FAQ

#### How many reviews can I scrape?

You can set any number in **Maximum number of reviews**, or `0` for no limit. The actor keeps going until it reaches your limit or runs out of reviews.

#### Do I need a Thrillark account?

No. The actor only collects publicly available reviews. You do not need to log in or provide any account details.

#### Why do some reviews have no photos?

Most reviewers do not add photos. When a review has none, `images` is an empty list.

#### Can I request a new feature or filter?

Yes. Right now the actor supports attraction, city, and category URLs and city names. If you need other inputs or filters, such as a rating filter, get in touch and they can be added.

#### Can I get a custom or private version?

Yes. The actor can be customized for your workflow, delivered as a private version, or a new scraper can be built for a different website. Use the contact details below.
