## Pricing

from $2.80 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Tickete Scraper

![Tickete Scraper](https://i.ibb.co/sd6SK7hW/tickete-co-banner.png)

**Tickete Scraper** extracts attraction tickets, tours, and live shows from [Tickete](https://www.tickete.co/) into clean, structured data you can download as JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML. Paste a Tickete city, attraction, or experience URL, or type a few keywords, and get the name, prices, ticket options, time slots, available dates, location, and full description of every experience. No account or login required.

### Introduction

[Tickete](https://www.tickete.co/) is a booking platform for attractions, theme parks, museums, tours, and West End and Broadway shows in about 100 cities worldwide, including London, New York, Paris, Dubai, and Singapore.

This actor collects the same public information you see in your browser and turns it into a ready-to-use dataset. You can run it once, schedule it to run daily, or connect it to your own tools.

### What data can you extract from Tickete?

- 🏷️ Experience name, type, category, and the attractions it belongs to
- 💲 Starting price, original price, discount, and currency
- 🎟️ Every ticket option (variant) with its price, opening hours, last entry, inclusions, and exclusions
- 🕒 Ticket list for one date: time slots, ticket types (Adult, Child, ...), age ranges, prices, and seats left
- 📅 Calendar of available dates with the starting price for each date
- 📍 City, country, time zone, address, and GPS coordinates
- 📝 Highlights, description, additional information, restrictions, ticket instructions, and FAQ
- 🎭 Show details for theatre and live performances: venue, duration, intermissions, cast and creative team, genres, age restriction, accessibility, press quotes, and trailer
- 🛡️ Cancellation window and features such as instant or mobile tickets
- 🖼️ Images and a direct link to each experience

### Use Cases

- 📈 **Market research**: compare attraction and show prices across cities and dates.
- 🕵️ **Competitor monitoring**: track what Tickete sells, at what price, and how availability changes.
- 💹 **Price tracking**: schedule daily runs to follow price changes per date and ticket type.
- 🗂️ **Database building**: build your own catalog of attractions, tours, and shows with full descriptions and images.
- 🤖 **AI and automation**: feed clean, structured data into spreadsheets, dashboards, or AI workflows.

### How to scrape Tickete step by step

1. Paste one or more Tickete URLs into **Start URLs**, or type keywords into **Search queries**.
2. Optionally choose a **Currency** and a **Ticket date**.
3. Set **Maximum number of results** to how many experiences you want per URL or per query.
4. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish.
5. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the **Output** tab.

### Input

- **Start URLs**: Tickete URLs to scrape. Supported pages: city pages (`https://www.tickete.co/city/london/`), attraction pages (`https://www.tickete.co/london-eye-p214/`), and experience pages (`https://www.tickete.co/experience/the-london-eye-e1174/`).
- **Search queries**: keywords to search on Tickete (attraction, activity, or show name), one per line. Each query is scraped separately.
- **City**: only return search results in this city, as written on the site (for example London, New York, Paris). Applies to search queries only.
- **Currency**: show every price in this currency, converted with Tickete's own exchange rates. Leave empty to keep each city's local currency.
- **Ticket date**: the date used for the ticket list (time slots and prices per ticket type). Leave empty to use the first available date of each experience.
- **Maximum number of results**: how many experiences to collect for each start URL or search query.

You can use start URLs, search queries, or both in the same run.

### Input Examples

Scrape experiences in a city:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://www.tickete.co/city/london/" }],
  "maxResults": 5
}
```

Search by keywords in one city, with prices in US dollars for a chosen date:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["museum"],
  "city": "Paris",
  "currency": "USD",
  "ticketDate": "2026-11-05",
  "maxResults": 5
}
```

### Output

Each experience is saved as one item in the dataset. Here is an example of a single item (long texts and lists are shortened):

You can download the dataset in JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML, or access it through the Apify API.

### Notes

- Only city, attraction, and experience pages are supported. Other Tickete URLs (home, help, booking pages) are skipped with a warning.
- The ticket list covers one date: the **Ticket date** you choose, or the first available date of each experience. If the experience is not available on your date, the ticket list is empty.
- For seated theatre shows, the ticket list shows the starting price per performance; prices for individual seats are not included.
- Prices in another currency are converted with Tickete's own exchange rates, so they match what the site shows after you switch currency.
- Search results are limited to the first 1,000 matches per keyword; use the **City** filter or more specific keywords for broad searches.
- Experiences that are sold out or no longer bookable have no price, dates, or tickets (`null` or empty lists).
- Ratings and review counts are returned when Tickete shows them; most experiences do not have reviews yet.
- `freeCancellationHours` is how many hours before the visit you can still cancel; `0` means no free cancellation window.

### Why use the Tickete Scraper?

- ✅ **No login needed**: works with public data only, so there is no account to manage.
- 🎟️ **Full price detail**: every ticket option, ticket type, time slot, and date, not just one "from" price.
- 💱 **Any currency**: get all prices in one of 24 currencies, exactly as the site converts them.
- 🧹 **Clean data**: numbers are real numbers, dates use one standard format, and text is free of HTML.
- 💸 **Pay for what you need**: set a result limit per URL or query and keep every run small and cheap.
- 🔄 **Ready for automation**: schedule runs, export to Google Sheets, or connect to Make, Zapier, and n8n.

### FAQ

#### How many results can I scrape?

You can set any number in **Maximum number of results**. The actor keeps going until it reaches your limit or runs out of experiences. A city page returns every experience in that city.

#### Do I need a Tickete account?

No. The actor only collects publicly available data. You do not need to log in or provide any account details.

#### Can I get prices for a specific date?

Yes. Set **Ticket date** to the day you want. The ticket list then shows the time slots, ticket types, prices, and seats left for that day. The calendar of available dates with starting prices is always included.

#### Can I scrape data on a schedule?

Yes. Use Apify Schedules to run the actor every hour, day, or week, and get fresh data automatically.

#### Can I request a new feature or filter?

Yes. Right now the actor supports start URLs, search queries, a city filter, currency, and ticket date. If you need other filters or inputs, such as category or price range, get in touch and they can be added.

#### Can I get a custom or private version?

Yes. The actor can be customized for your workflow, delivered as a private version, or a new scraper can be built for a different website. Use the contact details below.
