## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Tiqets Reviews Scraper

![Tiqets Reviews Scraper](https://i.ibb.co/tpYYHGzp/tiqets-banner.png)

**Tiqets Reviews Scraper** extracts customer reviews from [Tiqets](https://www.tiqets.com/) into clean, structured data you can download as JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML. Paste a Tiqets product, attraction, combo, city, category, or search URL and get the star rating, review text, date, reviewer name and country, traveler type, photos, helpful votes, and the rating of the reviewed attraction. No account or login required.

### Introduction

[Tiqets](https://www.tiqets.com/) is a booking platform for museum tickets, attractions, tours, and experiences in cities all over the world. Every booking can be reviewed, so popular attractions such as the Palace of Versailles or the Pantheon in Rome have thousands of verified visitor reviews in many languages.

This actor collects the same public reviews you see in your browser and turns them into a ready-to-use dataset. You can run it once, schedule it to run daily, or connect it to your own tools.

### What data can you extract from Tiqets?

- ⭐ Star rating, review text, and review language
- 📅 Review date
- 👤 Reviewer name, country, and country code
- 👨‍👩‍👧 Traveler type (alone, partner, family, friends) when the reviewer shared it
- 👍 Number of helpful votes
- 🖼️ Photos added by the reviewer
- 🎟️ Title and link of the reviewed ticket or tour
- 🏛️ Attraction, product, or combo name with its average rating and total number of reviews
- 📍 Venue and city

### Use Cases

- 📈 **Market research**: compare how visitors rate attractions, tours, and ticket types in a city.
- 🕵️ **Competitor monitoring**: follow what visitors say about competing tours and attractions, and how ratings change over time.
- 💬 **Sentiment analysis**: collect review text in many languages for text analysis and topic detection.
- 🛠️ **Product improvement**: find recurring complaints about queues, guides, or audio guides in low-rated reviews.
- 🤖 **AI and automation**: feed clean, structured reviews into spreadsheets, dashboards, or AI workflows.

### How to scrape Tiqets reviews step by step

1. Paste one or more Tiqets URLs into **Start URLs**.
2. Set **Maximum number of reviews** to how many reviews you want per URL.
3. Optionally choose **Sort reviews by**, **Review language**, and **Reviews since**.
4. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish.
5. Download your data in JSON, CSV, Excel, or HTML from the **Output** tab.

### Input

- **Start URLs**: Tiqets URLs to scrape. Supported pages:
  - Product pages (a ticket or tour), for example `https://www.tiqets.com/en/versailles-attractions-c66594/tickets-for-palace-of-versailles-entry-ticket-gardens-estate-of-trianon-p1130024/`
  - Attraction (venue) pages, for example `https://www.tiqets.com/en/rome-pantheon-tickets-l142007/`
  - Combo ticket pages, for example `https://www.tiqets.com/en/colosseum-rome-pantheon-b260957/`
  - City, country, category, and search pages: the actor collects the reviews of every product listed there, in the order the website shows them.
- **Maximum number of reviews**: how many reviews to collect for each start URL. For city, category, and search pages the limit counts the reviews of all their products together. Use `0` for no limit.
- **Sort reviews by**: most relevant first (default), most recent first, oldest first, highest rated first, or lowest rated first.
- **Review language**: only collect reviews written in one language, such as English, German, Spanish, or French. Leave it empty for all languages.
- **Reviews since**: only collect reviews written on or after this date.

### Input Examples

Scrape reviews of an attraction and a product:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    { "url": "https://www.tiqets.com/en/rome-pantheon-tickets-l142007/" },
    {
      "url": "https://www.tiqets.com/en/versailles-attractions-c66594/tickets-for-palace-of-versailles-entry-ticket-gardens-estate-of-trianon-p1130024/"
    }
  ],
  "maxResults": 5,
  "sortBy": "relevance"
}
```

Get the newest German reviews since a date for all attractions in Amsterdam:

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://www.tiqets.com/en/amsterdam-attractions-c75061/" }],
  "maxResults": 100,
  "sortBy": "newest",
  "language": "de",
  "cutoffDate": "2026-09-01"
}
```

### Output

Each review is saved as one item in the dataset. Here is an example of a single item:

```json
{
  "url": "https://www.tiqets.com/en/versailles-attractions-c66594/tickets-for-palace-of-versailles-access-all-areas-audio-guide-p974127/",
  "reviewId": 2058515,
  "rating": 5,
  "text": "I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Palace of Versailles. The weather was ideal, the gardens were stunning, and the historical significance of the palace was remarkable.",
  "language": "en",
  "publishedAt": "2025-05-18T00:00:00.000Z",
  "reviewerName": "MOHAMED",
  "reviewerCountry": "Algeria",
  "reviewerCountryCode": "DZ",
  "travelerType": "Alone",
  "helpfulCount": 0,
  "photos": [
    "https://aws-tiqets-cdn.imgix.net/images/reviews/60273604fdbb47a3a4adc6b423709910?auto=format%2Ccompress&fit=crop&q=70&s=c5139722f8398d634211e064e5877238",
    "https://aws-tiqets-cdn.imgix.net/images/reviews/704a10e34b1745be8339ce151603f4bf?auto=format%2Ccompress&fit=crop&q=70&s=db8e4a981b586d6e12e0d2780a05415e"
  ],
  "productTitle": "Palace of Versailles: Entry Ticket + Gardens + Estate of Trianon",
  "sourceType": "product",
  "sourceId": 1130024,
  "sourceName": "Palace of Versailles: Entry Ticket + Gardens + Estate of Trianon",
  "sourceUrl": "https://www.tiqets.com/en/versailles-attractions-c66594/tickets-for-palace-of-versailles-entry-ticket-gardens-estate-of-trianon-p1130024/",
  "sourceRating": 4.4,
  "sourceReviewCount": 13124,
  "venue": "Palace of Versailles",
  "city": "Versailles"
}
```

The `source...` fields describe the page you pasted (or the product found on a city, category, or search page). `url` and `productTitle` point to the exact ticket or tour that was reviewed, which can be a different variant of the same experience.

You can download the dataset in JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, or HTML, or access it through the Apify API.

### Notes

- Guide pages, event pages, and URLs from other websites are not supported and are skipped.
- On attraction (venue) pages Tiqets lists at most about 6,600 reviews, even when the attraction has more. To get more reviews, scrape the product pages of that attraction instead; product pages list all their reviews.
- A product page can include reviews of several variants of the same experience, so `url` may point to a different ticket than the one you pasted.
- Reviews keep their original language. **Review language** filters the reviews; it does not translate them.
- With **Review language** or **Reviews since** and a sort order other than the recommended one (most relevant first for language, most recent first for dates), the actor reads the whole review list to find every match, which takes longer on popular attractions.
- Traveler type and photos are only available when the reviewer added them; otherwise `travelerType` is `null` and `photos` is empty.
- Combo ticket reviews do not name a single product, so `productTitle` is `null` and `url` is the combo page.
- Products without reviews on city, category, and search pages are skipped.

### Why use the Tiqets Reviews Scraper?

- ✅ **No login needed**: works with public data only, so there is no account to manage.
- 🌍 **Many pages at once**: paste products, attractions, combos, or a whole city and get all their reviews in one dataset.
- 🔎 **Useful filters**: sort like on the website, keep one language, or only reviews since a date.
- 🧹 **Clean data**: ratings are numbers, dates use one standard format, and text is free of HTML.
- 💸 **Pay for what you need**: set a review limit per URL and keep every run small and cheap.
- 🔄 **Ready for automation**: schedule runs, export to Google Sheets, or connect to Make, Zapier, and n8n.

### FAQ

#### How many reviews can I scrape?

You can set any number in **Maximum number of reviews**, or `0` for no limit. The actor keeps going until it reaches your limit or runs out of reviews. See **Notes** for the limit on attraction pages.

#### Do I need a Tiqets account?

No. The actor only collects publicly available reviews. You do not need to log in or provide any account details.

#### Can I get only new reviews every day?

Yes. Set **Sort reviews by** to most recent first, set **Reviews since** to a recent date, and use Apify Schedules to run the actor every day.

#### Why are some fields empty?

Some reviewers do not share their traveler type or add photos. When a value is not available on the website, it is returned as `null` (or an empty list for photos).

#### Can I request a new feature or filter?

Yes. Right now the actor supports start URLs with sort, language, and date filters. If you need other filters or inputs, such as a rating filter, get in touch and they can be added.

#### Can I get a custom or private version?

Yes. The actor can be customized for your workflow, delivered as a private version, or a new scraper can be built for a different website. Use the contact details below.
