## Pricing

from $1.50 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Absolute Jobs Scraper

Scrape job listings from **Indeed** and **ZipRecruiter** across 60+ countries, with Latin America
covered as a first-class target. Clean, structured `JobPosting` output, priced per result.

### What you get

One row per job posting:

- `id`, `title`, `company`, `url`, `source`
- `location_city`, `location_state`, `location_country` (ISO country code)
- `date_posted` (ISO date)
- `employment_type` (full-time, part-time, internship, ...)
- `is_remote`
- `compensation_min` / `compensation_max` / `compensation_currency` / `compensation_interval`
  and `compensation_annualized_min` / `compensation_annualized_max` — when the source publishes it
- optional `description` (off by default to keep runs cheap)
- When `include_description` is on, salary is also parsed from the description text
  (`Sueldo`/`Salario`/`S/`/`$` ranges, monthly/annual), improving salary coverage in LatAm

### Sources

- **Indeed** — mobile GraphQL API, 100 results per page, cursor pagination (no 25-per-page limit)
- **ZipRecruiter** — public listings (US), capped at 40 results per run (see Notes)

More sites land as adapters behind the same output contract.

### Countries

Pass any two-letter country code: `PE`, `CL`, `CO`, `MX`, `BR`, `US`, `GB`, `DE`, `FR`, `ES`, `IT`,
`JP`, `IN`, `CA`, `AU` and more. Country is a parameter, not a separate actor.

### Input

```json
{
  "site": "indeed",
  "country": "PE",
  "query": "data engineer",
  "limit": 100,
  "include_description": false
}
```

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `site` | `indeed` or `ziprecruiter` |
| `country` | two-letter country code |
| `query` | job title or keyword |
| `location` | optional city/region |
| `limit` | max postings (Indeed up to 100/page; ZipRecruiter capped at 40) |
| `include_description` | include full job description (higher cost) |
| `rich_mode` | use the HTML SERP as the source: salary + short snippet (higher cost, no full description) |

### Pricing

**$3.00 per 1,000 results** (Free), $2.50 (Starter), $2.00 (Scale), $1.50 (Business), plus a small
per-run start fee. Platform usage included.

### What it does not do

- No contact emails or recruiter personal data
- No LinkedIn scraping
- Salary only when the source publishes it (coverage varies by country)
- Full descriptions are opt-in (cost)

### Notes

- Results are normalized across sites, so the same dataset schema works for every source.
- ZipRecruiter runs are capped at 40 results per run because Cloudflare can challenge deeper
  pagination; use smaller limits or multiple queries for broader coverage.
- Respect the source sites' terms and applicable law in your jurisdiction.
