## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 markets

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Polymarket Markets Scraper: Prices, Volume, Liquidity & History

Polymarket prediction-market data from the official public API: every market's outcomes and prices (implied probability), bid/ask, 1h/24h/1w price change, volume, liquidity, dates, event and tags, plus optional price history. Search, tags or event URLs. $1 per 1,000 markets.

**Polymarket data in clean rows, from Polymarket's own public API.** List the **biggest markets by 24-hour volume** (or by liquidity, total volume or end date), or narrow it down with **search terms, tags or event URLs**. Every row is one market: the question, **each outcome with its current price** (the market's implied probability, 0 to 1), yes and no price, last trade, **best bid and ask, spread, 1-hour, 24-hour and 1-week price change**, **total, 24h, 1-week and 1-month volume, liquidity**, start and end dates, open/closed and accepting-orders flags, parent event, tags, resolution source and optionally the full resolution rules and a **price history** series. Filter by status, minimum volume or liquidity and end-date window. Use it for **forecasting research and journalism**, dashboards and alerts, academic studies of prediction markets, and comparing crowd forecasts with polls or models. **$1 per 1,000 markets**, with no compute bill on top; problems return a free status row instead of failing.

### What data does it return?

Every run outputs clean, schema-validated rows like these:

| question | yesPrice | volume24hr | eventTitle |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Will there be no change in Fed interest rates after the October 2026 meeting? | 0.915 | 1510649 | Fed Decision in October? |
| Will the Fed increase interest rates by 25 bps after the October 2026 meeting? | 0.085 | | Fed Decision in October? |
| LoL: Gen.G vs Invictus Gaming (BO1) - Worlds Group Stage | | 2603847 | LoL: Gen.G vs Invictus Gaming (BO1) - Worlds Group Stage |

### How much does it cost?

Transparent pay-per-event pricing — you only pay for what you get, and the
actor **always respects your run budget**: set a maximum total charge and it
stops cleanly at the cap instead of overrunning.

| Event | Price | Charged | Worked example |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `market` | $0.001 | per market row | 1,000 markets = $1.00 (price history included when you turn it on) |
| `apify-actor-start` | $0.00005 | per run per GB of memory (platform start fee) | One run at 256 MB = $0.00005 |

### Input options

| Field | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `searchTerms` | array | no | — | Optional keywords, e.g. bitcoin, election, fed rates, world cup. Uses Polymarket's own search; each matching event contributes all its markets. |
| `tags` | array | no | — | Optional Polymarket tag slugs, e.g. politics, crypto, sports, economy, fed, elections, tech. |
| `eventUrls` | array | no | — | Optional polymarket.com/event/... URLs or event slugs. A URL that names a single market returns only that market. |
| `status` | string | no | `"active"` | Open markets, resolved/closed markets, or both. |
| `order` | string | no | `"volume24hr"` | Order for the market list and tag pages (soonest first for dates, largest first otherwise). With no search, tags or URLs, the run lists markets across all of Polymarket in this order. |
| `minVolume` | integer | no | — | Optional: skip markets with less total traded volume. |
| `minLiquidity` | integer | no | — | Optional: skip markets with less liquidity on the order book. |
| `endDateAfter` | string | no | — | Optional: only markets that end on or after this date. |
| `endDateBefore` | string | no | — | Optional: only markets that end on or before this date. |
| `includeDescription` | boolean | no | `false` | Add each market's full description (its resolution rules). |
| `includePriceHistory` | boolean | no | `false` | Add the price history of the first outcome (the Yes side of yes/no markets) as time/price points. One extra request per market. |
| `priceHistoryInterval` | string | no | `"1w"` | Time range of the price history (hourly or daily points). |
| `maxItems` | integer | no | `200` | Upper limit on markets for the whole run. |

### Limits & honest notes

- **Responsible use:** this is market data only. Nothing in it is financial, investment or betting advice, and prices are not predictions by ActorForge. Prediction-market trading is restricted or illegal in some countries; follow your local law and Polymarket's terms. This actor is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket.
- It reads only Polymarket's documented public read APIs (gamma-api.polymarket.com, and clob.polymarket.com for price history), with no key, no login, no wallet and no trading, at most four requests per second with an honest user agent (ActorForge-Polymarket).
- Prices are the latest values Polymarket publishes and can move within seconds; check the scrapedAt time. Multi-outcome events (for example "Who will win...?") are returned as one row per candidate market, each with its own yes and no price.
- If Polymarket refuses a request or rate-limits the run, the run stops, keeps the markets already delivered and adds a free status row. Respects your run budget: set a maximum total charge and the run stops cleanly at the cap. Unknown events and empty searches return a free status row.
