## Pricing

from $1.50 / 1,000 ads

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Google Ads Transparency Monitor by Adaptive Labs

Monitor the **Google Ads Transparency Center** by domain, advertiser ID or advertiser name. Get clean JSON for each creative: advertiser, domain, format, preview or creative URL, landing domain, and first or last shown dates. Turn on **only new** mode and schedule the Actor to watch competitors without downloading the same ads again.

### What you get

- Creative ID and Transparency Center link
- Advertiser ID and display name
- Landing domain and search query used
- Format (text, image or video) when the API exposes it
- Preview or creative URL
- First shown and last shown timestamps
- Approximate variant count when available

### How it works

The Actor calls the same public Transparency Center RPC endpoints the website uses (`SearchSuggestions` and `SearchCreatives`). It does **not** need a Google login and does **not** require a paid proxy for normal use. Results are returned as normalised dataset items and can be charged per ad via pay-per-event once pricing is configured.

### How to use it

1. Enter one or more **Domains** (for example `nike.com`) or **Advertiser IDs** (`AR...`).
2. Optionally set a **Region** such as `GB` or `US` to filter by country.
3. Set **Max ads per search** for the daily smoke test (keep this small) and raise it for full pulls.
4. For ongoing monitoring, enable **Only new since last run** and give each watch a distinct **Monitor key**.

Empty input falls back to the example domain `nike.com` so Apify platform tests succeed quickly.

### Input example

```json
{
  "domains": ["nike.com"],
  "region": "GB",
  "maxAdsPerSearch": 20,
  "onlyNew": false,
  "monitorKey": "nike-gb"
}
```

### Output example

```json
{
  "creativeId": "CR11441182862338949121",
  "advertiserId": "AR09595561223982678017",
  "advertiserName": "M Media Group Pty Ltd",
  "domain": "nike.com",
  "format": "TEXT",
  "previewUrl": "https://displayads-formats.googleusercontent.com/ads/preview/content.js?...",
  "landingDomain": "nike.com",
  "firstShownAt": "2026-07-21T12:00:00.000Z",
  "lastShownAt": "2026-11-04T18:00:00.000Z",
  "transparencyUrl": "https://adstransparency.google.com/advertiser/AR09595561223982678017/creative/CR11441182862338949121?region=GB"
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per result: you are charged for each ad saved to the dataset, plus a small start fee per run. See the Pricing tab for current rates.

### Tips

- Domain search is usually the fastest way to start. Use advertiser IDs when you already know the `AR...` value.
- Name queries resolve through SearchSuggestions and take the top match.
- Leave Apify Proxy off unless the RPC is blocked from your run location.

# Actor input Schema

## `domains` (type: `array`):

Advertiser domains to search (for example nike.com). Each domain is queried in the Google Ads Transparency Center.

## `advertiserIds` (type: `array`):

Optional Google Ads Transparency advertiser IDs (AR...). Use instead of or as well as domains.

## `queries` (type: `array`):

Optional free-text advertiser name searches. Resolves to advertiser IDs via SearchSuggestions, then fetches creatives.

## `region` (type: `string`):

ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code to filter ads (for example GB, US, DE). Leave empty for all regions.

## `maxAdsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

Maximum creatives to return for each domain, advertiser ID or query.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

Skip creatives already returned by an earlier run that used the same monitor key.

## `monitorKey` (type: `string`):

Name of the saved state used for only-new mode. Use a different key for each independent monitor.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Optional. The Transparency Center RPC normally works without a proxy. Leave Apify Proxy off unless you have a specific need.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "domains": [
    "nike.com"
  ],
  "region": "GB",
  "maxAdsPerSearch": 20,
  "onlyNew": false,
  "monitorKey": "default",
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": false
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `ads` (type: `string`):

Default dataset of monitored ad creatives (overview view).
