## Changelog

### 0.1 — first version, 29 Sep 2026

- Any number of Employment Hero careers pages per run — the pages Employment Hero hosts for employers at `employmenthero.com/jobs/organisations/<name>/` — by link (a regional copy such as `/uk/jobs/organisations/…` included), by the employer's page on Employment Hero Jobs (`jobs.employmenthero.com/organisations/…`, by name or by id), or by the organisation's name (`acme-health`).
- Each careers page is read from the list the page itself reads from Employment Hero: up to 100 open jobs in one request, every job's full text with it, newest first. A careers page of more than 100 jobs is read 100 at a time. A job's own page is never requested.
- Output in the Adderley Data `job.v1` schema: the employer as company and advertiser; the place as the employer wrote it, with city, region and postcode where its shape says which is which and the country from Employment Hero's own country code; on-site, hybrid or remote from the employer's setting; employment types from the employment type and term together ("Full-time" and "Permanent" is `full_time`); the team as the classification; the moment the job went up.
- Pay only where the employer shows it: minimum, maximum, ISO currency code and period, with the line the job's page prints (`$36.23 AUD – $49.43 AUD (Hour)`) in `salary.raw`. Where the employer hides pay, Employment Hero's pay fields are never read, whatever numbers come with them; a range the ad's own text states is read, as for every source.
- Title keywords, locations (place text, country name or code, "Remote", "Hybrid", "On-site"), teams, work types and a posted-within window filter each careers page's list, so a job they leave out is never saved or charged.
- Incremental mode: `changeType` of NEW, UPDATED, REAPPEARED or EXPIRED; unchanged jobs skipped and not charged. A change is a new title, employer name, place, country, team, work arrangement, employment type, pay or posted date; Employment Hero publishes no last-edited time, so an edit made only to an ad's text is not seen.
- Optional full descriptions at no extra request, with email addresses and phone numbers redacted by default and link addresses and images dropped from the HTML.
- Ten seconds between requests to Employment Hero, as its robots.txt asks, whatever rate the input sets: one request at a time and six a minute by default. A 429 is waited out — as long as Employment Hero asks, up to two minutes, or a minute when it does not say — at most twice from the same address, never worked round.
- A careers page Employment Hero does not have ("Organisation not found") is named once in the log and the run summary and not retried; an empty careers page is an empty dataset. Neither is counted as a block, and the other careers pages in the run are kept. A page that is not Employment Hero's JSON, or JSON without its list, fails the run with a message that says so.
- Employment Hero's demonstration jobs are never returned.
- The run's output is declared for Console's Output tab, the Run API and AI agents: postings in the default dataset, the run summary in the default key-value store.
- No names, emails or phone numbers in any field. Logos, images, the position-description attachment, the employer's standing blurb and every field about a signed-in candidate are never read, and `job.v1` has nowhere to put a person.
