  matches.
- Change tracking with `monitorKey`, `onlyChanged` and `priceChangeThresholdPercent`; conservative removal.

Platform builds during development:

  Second independent audit fixes: reviewer names, review texts and order numbers blanked in the fixtures (and a
  stricter privacy test); a shared barcode or part number no longer groups offers whose titles conflict
  (refurbished, grade, size, colour, multipack, bundle); a search card whose product page failed is `not_checked`
  instead of a new offer; condition read from the title on every source; charging only on a pay-per-event run;
  nothing named cheapest on a single marketplace; tracked product URLs come first in the product-page budget;
  rows rejected by storage keep their old history.
