## Changelog

### 0.1 (first release)

- AliExpress search results for keywords or pasted search links (up to 50 a run), priced for one of 32 ship-to countries in one of 23 currencies, with AliExpress's sort orders, price range and Free shipping, Choice and 4-star filters (a search filtered to free shipping marks every row `freeShipping`, since AliExpress shows its tag on only some cards), and Minimum units sold and Minimum rating applied after reading.
- Every card's price, original price and discount, welcome deal or free gift, rating, units sold (exact or the card's lower bound, said which), Choice and Plus, free shipping, delivery estimate, bulk price, lowest-price badge, store, ship-from country, category, product group, listing date and images; sponsored cards marked.
- A store price that is the same for every visitor: the card's original price less the product's own promotions, without what AliExpress takes off for the visitor (new-shopper allowances, platform subsidies, app discounts). European cards, which show no original price, are read their own way (92–97% of German, French and Polish cards get one), and won, yen and peso prices, which AliExpress rounds, are let off by 2%. Price changes and price history are tracked on it.
- Change tracking: store price changes and units sold since the last run (between exact counts), and new products on the first page of a sorted search (a product whose group, or which a filter left out, the history knows isn't new). Positions are reported for information, not as changes: AliExpress shows each visitor a different selection. Only changes outputs just the changes among the products watched.
- The history keeps only what a run delivered (a change cut off by a spending limit is reported by the next run), is read again and merged just before it is saved (two runs of one search keep each other's readings), isn't overwritten when it couldn't be read, and stays under about 1.5 MB per search. A run the platform restarts delivers no row twice and records what it delivered before the restart, also when reading the search again fails.
- A keyword AliExpress has no matches for is reported as "no matches", never output as its fallback products, and the related products AliExpress adds once a narrow keyword's matches run out are left out unless asked for.
- AliExpress's slider checks and flow control are asked again as a new visitor and named when they persist; after two pages refused in a row nothing more is asked. The other card layout (itemcard_new) is asked again for the usual one; the lite format some searches come in is said in the status message.
- Bounded work: a run asks at most four times the pages Max results needs plus two per keyword (400 in all, refused pages included), and a search stops after 5 pages in a row where nothing passed the filters.
- Proxy: Apify's per-GB groups are refused, also through an own-proxy URL; an Apify Proxy that can't be set up fails the run; proxy passwords, the account's included, are masked everywhere.
- A run summary (RUN_SUMMARY) for pipelines.
- Audit of 2026-10-13: no store price on AliExpress's other card layout (its promotions can't be told apart), the European reading for European pages only, won and yen amounts in whole units and others in cents; a page priced for another country or an empty later page is asked again and reported, never stored; Only changes outputs nothing of a search whose history can't be read; previousSeenAt is when the previous units sold were read; a price history of 0, or a shorter one, no longer erases the readings other schedules keep; price moves of exactly the limit count; pasted links' sortType=default is best match; a restarted run doesn't read again a search that ran out of matches; the history is saved also when a push fails; price filters in the millions; proxy passwords masked in every log line.
- 2026-10-15 (0.1.17): AliExpress's Bundle Deals. European bundle cards ("Buy 3+, duty covered", on German and French pages since 2026-10-13) no longer get a store price: their figures gave 40 of 468 a store price about twice the price (€3.98 for a card at €2.00), and the same products shown outside the bundle cost something else (31 of 31). New fields `bundleDeal`, `bundlePrice` (the bundle's price, when nothing in it is the visitor's own discount: the same for every visitor shown the bundle) and `bundleMinItems`; US and Canadian bundle cards keep their store prices.
- 2026-10-14: a first page that comes back without products is asked again as a new visitor before a search is called empty (AliExpress served Apify an empty 'power bank' page once while it had 11,822 results).
- 2026-10-14: the form's example keyword (and the search an input naming nothing gets) is now "smart watch": AliExpress's US "wireless earbuds" sorted by orders turned to wired earphones that day (9-20 of 60 wireless). README: searches need no key, watched products use your own.
- Watch products (2026-10-14): Products to watch (links, short links or ids, up to 1,000) read through AliExpress's official affiliate API with the user's own App Key and App Secret (secret inputs, masked everywhere): price, every variant's price with tax, shipping fee and delivery days to the ship-to country, units sold, reviews, store, promotion link; change tracking per product (price, shipping, no longer listed, listed again; Only changes, Only price drops, price history); unlisted products get a free row; rate bans waited out, the app's call limit and a refused key stop cleanly and say so; $3.00 per 1,000 product rows. Search keywords no longer have a schema default (a products-only API run would have searched too); an input naming neither still searches "wireless earbuds".
- Review summaries (2026-10-13): Add review summary gives each row the product's review count, rating, star breakdown, share of positive reviews, reviews with photos, newest review date, reviews in the last 30 days, AliExpress's review tags, whether the reviews are pooled from similar items, and on later runs the reviews added since (`reviewChange`, `reviewsPerDay`); Newest reviews per product adds up to 20 reviews in English. One request per product, from AliExpress's own reviews request sorted by newest, at its own pace; a refused product's fields stay empty and are counted, and after 3 refused in a row no more are asked.
- Added on 2026-10-13: `globalProductId` (the same in every country), `soldPerDay`, `firstSeenAt` and `timesSeen`; the top movers (biggest drops and rises, most sold) in the status message and `RUN_SUMMARY`; Only price drops; AliExpress's own Ships from filter; Listed within N days.
