First release. The guest reviews of any Booking.com hotel, one row per review: score, title, liked
and disliked text, reviewer name, country and kind of trip, room, dates of stay, helpful votes,
photos and the hotel's reply.

- Three ways in: hotel links (`startUrls`), Booking.com's hotel numbers (`hotelIds`), and places
  (`destinations`), where the Actor reads the reviews of the hotels Booking.com lists for a city,
  region, district, landmark, airport or country.
- Booking.com's server applies the order (relevance, newest, oldest, highest, lowest), the score
  band, the review language, the kind of trip and a word search. A start date with newest first
  stops at the first older review.
- A hotel with 30,730 reviews was read to its last review: 30,730 rows, all different, in 6 minutes
  29 seconds, 153 MB.
- A link is matched to a hotel by its page name and country, never by a near miss; a link that
  cannot be matched is listed in `FAILED_HOTELS` with the reason and is not billed.
- Pay per event: $0.0015 per review on the free plan and on Bronze, $0.0012 on Silver, $0.0008 on
  Gold and above, plus the platform's $0.00005 per run and $0.00001 per stored row.
