## Changelog

### 2026-10-01 (run timeout)

- A run no longer ends as timed out. About 30 seconds before the run timeout the scraper stops starting new work, saves every job it has fully collected and finishes successfully, with a status message saying how many searches or job links were not finished. Raise the run timeout to get them all.

### 2026-09-17 (title filters, company names, posting window, apply type)

- New output field `applyType`: `EASY_APPLY` or `EXTERNAL` on every job with details, `null` when the posting shows no apply button.
- `titleInclude` / `titleExclude`: keep or skip jobs by words or phrases in the title (case-insensitive). Filtered-out jobs are not saved and not charged; the search reads more pages until `maxJobs` matching jobs are found. The log and the status show how many were filtered out.
- `companyNames`: restrict the search to companies by name; each name is looked up on LinkedIn and the match is logged, names without a match (including misspellings) are skipped. If none is found the search is skipped instead of running over all companies; if LinkedIn did not answer the lookup, the run fails instead of guessing.
- `postedWithinHours`: your own posting window in hours (up to 8760), overrides `datePosted`.
- Fixed: company IDs shorter than five digits (Microsoft `1035`, Google `1441`) were ignored by `companyIds`.

### 2026-09-17 (prices)

- Prices lowered: $0.30 per 1,000 jobs on the free plan, $0.27 / $0.24 / $0.20 on Starter / Scale / Business (was $0.50 / $0.45 / $0.40 / $0.35). Still no start fee; the price per job is the final price, platform usage included.

### 2026-09-14 (run log)

- Network error messages in the run log no longer include server addresses.

### 2026-09-10 (review round, before the Store release)

- `applicantsText` no longer runs past the caption ("Over 200 applicants" now gives `applicantsCount` `>200`).
- `salaryInfo` no longer starts with "Base pay range".
- `descriptionText` keeps paragraph and line breaks.
- `link` of jobs found through a search is the clean job URL without tracking parameters.
- A pasted search URL keeps every `f_*` filter, not only the known ones; scheme-less URLs work.
- Company pages (`/company/<slug>/jobs`) are skipped with a hint instead of turning into a search over all jobs.
- A single job URL that returns an empty page is re-fetched up to three times before it is reported as unavailable, and a
failed job URL no longer uses up one slot of the run's item limit.
- A search no longer ends at the first page with fewer than ten jobs (LinkedIn returns short pages mid-list); it ends at the first empty page, `maxJobs` or the 1,000 cap.
- Summary lists jobs saved without details and tasks not started; item-limit and budget stops are worded apart.

### 2026-09-10 (first release)

- Public LinkedIn job postings by keyword, location, date, company or LinkedIn URL, without a login.
- Full job details: description, seniority, employment type, job function, industries, applicant count, salary when shown, job poster.
- Field names of the most used LinkedIn jobs Actor, so integrations switch without changes.
- $0.50 per 1,000 jobs, no start fee. Run budget honoured before a job is fetched.
- Bad inputs and empty searches end with a status message instead of a failed run.
