## Pricing

from $0.01 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Service Fusion API - Field Service Management Data

Access Service Fusion data for field service businesses. Get jobs, customers, estimates, invoices, technicians, dispatch, and inventory data. Perfect for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and trade contractors.

**BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)** -- you provide your own API credentials.

***

### Before You Start

This actor requires your own API credentials to fetch real data.

**Where to get your key:** Your Service Fusion API key

***

### Quick Start

#### Run with real data

```json
{
  "task": "get_jobs",
  "apiKey": "YOUR_API_KEY_HERE",
  "limit": 100
}
```

***

### Input Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Default | Required | Description |
|-----------|------|---------|----------|-------------|
| `task` | string | `"get_jobs"` | Yes\* | The operation to perform |
| `apiKey` | string | - | Yes\* | Your Service Fusion API key |
| `startDate` | string | - | No | Start date filter (YYYY-MM-DD) |
| `endDate` | string | - | No | End date filter (YYYY-MM-DD) |
| `status` | string | - | No | Filter by status |
| `limit` | integer | `100` | No | Maximum number of results to return |
| `webhookUrl` | string | - | No | URL to receive results via webhook |

***

### Pricing

This actor uses **pay-per-event** billing:

| Event | Description | Price |
|-------|-------------|-------|
| API Request | Each Service Fusion API request completed | $0.01 |

***

### Troubleshooting

#### "API key is required"

- Add your API key in the input

#### "API error 403" or "Unauthorized"

Your API key is invalid, expired, or doesn't have access to this specific API endpoint. Double-check your key and account permissions.

#### "API error 429" or "Rate limit"

Too many requests. Wait a minute and try again, or reduce the number of items per run.

#### No results or empty dataset

Check the run log for error messages. Common causes:

- Invalid input format (check the examples above)
- API key without proper permissions
- The target data doesn't exist or is too small to track

#### How do I test without an API key?

Run the actor without any credentials, or set demoMode to true, and it returns labeled sample output that shows the exact format of live results. Every sample item carries demo: true and a \_notice field so it cannot be mistaken for live data, and sample runs charge no task events. Provide your real API credentials in the input to receive live data.
