## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## KRS Company Extract – Polish National Court Register data by KRS number or NIP

Fetch the **current KRS extract** (*odpis aktualny z Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego*) for any number of Polish companies – limited liability companies (sp. z o.o.), joint-stock companies (S.A.), partnerships, foundations and associations. Look up by **KRS number** or by **NIP** (tax ID) – the actor resolves the KRS number for you.

### What you get

- Company name, legal form, KRS, NIP, REGON, registration date
- Registered address and seat
- **Share capital**
- **Management board** members and **representation rules** (who can sign)
- Supervisory board, **proxies (prokura)**
- **PKD** business activity codes
- Risk flags: **liquidation, bankruptcy, restructuring**, compulsory administration

Ideal for KYC / AML onboarding, B2B due diligence, lead enrichment, credit checks and CRM enrichment.

Source: official API of the Ministry of Justice (api-krs.ms.gov.pl). Note: the official public KRS API masks personal names of board members (e.g. `J*** K******`); functions and representation rules are complete. Sole traders (JDG) are not in KRS – such NIPs return `success: false` and are not charged.

### Pricing

Pay per result: **$5 per 1,000 successful results** ($0.005 per checked company). Failed lookups (invalid number, not found) are returned in the dataset with `success: false` and are **not charged**. Apify platform usage is included in the price.

### Data source & reliability

Data is fetched live from official Polish/EU registries through the [pl-firmy API](https://api.almmity.com) (Almmity), which adds batching, caching and retries so you do not hit the Ministry of Finance limit of ~100 searches per day per IP. Need it inside an AI assistant? The same checks are available as a remote MCP server at `https://api.almmity.com/mcp`.

### Integrations

Run it from the Apify API, schedule it daily, or connect it to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets or webhooks. Export results as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Support

Questions or custom needs: contact@almmity.com. This actor is not affiliated with the Polish Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice or the European Commission; it uses their public data.
