## ATS Jobs Scraper — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters

Get every open role from a company's careers page in seconds. Paste board URLs from **six
ATS platforms** and receive all postings in **one normalized schema** — no browser
scraping, no brittle selectors: this actor reads each platform's official public job-board
API, which makes it fast, cheap, and very hard to break.

The ATS is **auto-detected from the URL** — mix vendors freely in one run. The shorthand
`vendor:slug` (e.g. `greenhouse:stripe`) works too.

One dataset item per job:

- `title`, `url`, `company`, `source` (which ATS)
- `location` and a `remote` flag
- `department`, `team`, `employmentType`
- `publishedAt` / `updatedAt` timestamps
- `descriptionHtml` **and** `descriptionText` (clean plain text, ready for LLMs and search
  indexes) — toggle off for lighter results
- `salary` — structured pay data where the ATS publishes it (Lever ranges, Ashby
  compensation summaries, Recruitee ranges)

Boards that fail (typo'd slug, company moved ATS) never poison the run: the rest continue,
and failures are listed in the `FAILURES` record of the run's key-value store with the
reason.

### Honest limits

- This actor covers boards *hosted on* the six ATS platforms above. It cannot read
  custom-built career sites or platforms not listed (Workday support is planned next).
- SmartRecruiters postings don't include descriptions (their API puts them behind
  one extra request per job — planned as an option).
- `remote` is the ATS's own flag where one exists; otherwise a best-effort keyword
  detection. `salary` appears only when the employer publishes it.
