## Pricing

Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Job Board Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable

Give it company career pages, get back every open job as one clean row. Five applicant tracking systems in one Actor, read through their public job-board APIs, so there is no HTML parsing to break and no login or proxy needed.

Works with:

| ATS | Example input |
|---|---|
| Greenhouse | `https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe` or `https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/stripe` |
| Lever | `https://jobs.lever.co/spotify` |
| Ashby | `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai` |
| SmartRecruiters | `https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/Bosch` |
| Workable | `https://apply.workable.com/acme/` |

A bare slug such as `stripe` is tried on every provider in turn. `lever:spotify` skips the guessing.

### What you get

One row per job:

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `title` | `Senior Data Engineer` |
| `company`, `provider` | `stripe`, `greenhouse` |
| `department`, `team` | `Infrastructure`, `Data Platform` |
| `location`, `locations`, `country`, `isRemote` | `London`, `["London", "Dublin"]`, `GB`, `false` |
| `employmentType`, `workplaceType` | `Full-time`, `hybrid` |
| `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency`, `salaryInterval`, `salarySummary` | only when the board publishes pay (Lever salary ranges, Ashby compensation tiers) |
| `postedAt`, `updatedAt` | ISO 8601 |
| `url`, `applyUrl` | the posting and the apply form |
| `descriptionText` | full description as clean text (switch off with `includeDescription`) |
| `metadata` | Greenhouse custom fields, when set |

Plus one free `board` row per career page with `openJobs` and `returnedJobs`, and an `error` row for any board that could not be read.

### Filters

- `keywords`: keep jobs whose title, department or team contains any word, e.g. `["engineer", "analyst"]`.
- `locations`: keep jobs whose location contains any word, e.g. `["London", "Remote"]`.
- `remoteOnly`: only jobs the board marks as remote.
- `postedSince`: ISO date, drops older postings.
- `maxJobsPerBoard`: cap after filtering.

### Typical uses

- Watch a list of competitors or target companies for new openings (run on a schedule, dedupe on `jobId`).
- Build a niche job board without scraping HTML.
- Feed a recruiting or sales-signal pipeline: hiring for X usually means buying tools for X.
- Salary research from boards that publish ranges.

### Pricing

Pay per job row returned. Board info rows, filtered-out jobs and errors are free.

### Limits

Only public postings the company chose to publish on its board. Boards hosted on other systems (Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Teamtailor, Personio, Recruitee) are not covered yet; open an issue with an example URL if you need one of them.

# Actor input Schema

## `boards` (type: `array`):

Career page URLs on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters or Workable (e.g. https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe, https://jobs.lever.co/spotify, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai, https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/Bosch, https://apply.workable.com/acme/). A bare company slug like stripe is tried on every provider; provider:slug (lever:spotify) skips the guessing.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose title, department or team contains any of these words (case-insensitive). Empty returns everything.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose location contains any of these words, e.g. London, Remote, United States.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs the board marks as remote.

## `postedSince` (type: `string`):

Optional ISO date such as 2026-10-01. Drops jobs posted or updated before it.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the job description as clean text (descriptionText). Turn off for a faster, lighter run.

## `maxJobsPerBoard` (type: `integer`):

Upper limit of returned jobs per board, applied after the filters.

## `includeBoardInfo` (type: `boolean`):

One free row per board with the provider, open job count and returned count.

## `concurrency` (type: `integer`):

Boards processed in parallel.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Not needed: all five providers serve their job APIs openly. Available in case a board blocks the platform IPs.
