## Pricing

from $2.50 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Teamtailor Jobs Scraper

**Every open job on any company's Teamtailor careers site — with full descriptions, offices, remote status and published salaries — as clean JSON.**

More than 13,000 companies run their careers site on Teamtailor. This
Actor reads any of those careers sites and returns every open job: title, department, role, offices
with full addresses, remote status, employment type, publish date and application deadline, the
full job description as HTML and plain text, and the salary whenever the company publishes one.
Scrape a whole careers site, a filtered listing, or a single job. Paste a URL; there is no login,
no API key, and no proxy to configure. Built for job aggregators, recruiting and
talent-intelligence teams, salary benchmarking, and hiring-signal tracking.

### ⚡ Quick start

```json
{
  "startUrls": [{ "url": "https://career.teamtailor.com/jobs" }],
  "maxItems": 5
}
```

### 🧩 Input

| Field                   | Type    | Required | Default                      | Description                                                                                                                                                                                    |
| ----------------------- | ------- | -------- | ---------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `startUrls`             | array   | yes      | —                            | Careers site URLs: `<company>.teamtailor.com`, `<company>.na.teamtailor.com`, or the company's own careers domain; a filtered `…/jobs?…` listing; or a single job URL (`…/jobs/<id>-<title>`). |
| `maxItems` | integer | no | — | Maximum number of jobs per start URL. The input form starts at 5; leave it empty to get the whole careers site. |
| `includeEmploymentType` | boolean | no | `true` | Read each job's employment type (full-time, part-time, temporary). Adds one fast request per job; turn it off for very large careers sites when you don't need it. |
| `proxyConfiguration`    | object  | no       | `{ "useApifyProxy": false }` | Proxy settings. Teamtailor careers sites need no proxy.                                                                                                                                        |

**Filtering.** Filter the careers site in your browser, then paste the resulting `/jobs` URL. The
Actor keeps the search, department, role, location, region, country and language filters, for
example `https://career.teamtailor.com/jobs?department=Sales`.

**Custom domains.** Many companies serve their Teamtailor careers site on their own domain, such as
`careers.example.com`. Paste it the same way. The Actor checks that the site is a Teamtailor
careers site and logs a warning and skips it if it is not. If a custom domain is not recognised,
use the company's `<company>.teamtailor.com` address instead (it redirects to the same jobs).

### 📤 Output

Each open job is one dataset row.

### 💡 Use cases

- **Job aggregation** — feed job boards, newsletters and niche listing sites with fresh postings from the companies you track.
- **Salary benchmarking** — collect published salaries by title, department, location and company.
- **Hiring signals** — watch which teams a company is growing, and where, for sales prospecting or investment research.
- **Recruiting intelligence** — monitor competitors' open roles, remote policies and how long jobs stay open.

### ❓ FAQ

- **Do I need an API key or a Teamtailor account?** No. The Actor reads the same public careers site any candidate sees.
- **Do I need a proxy?** No. It runs without one by default.
- **Why is the salary empty for some jobs?** Companies choose whether to publish pay. `salary` is `null` when the job lists none.
- **Why is there no "updated" date?** Teamtailor careers sites publish when a job went live and its application deadline, not when it was last edited.
- **Can I scrape many companies at once?** Yes. Add one careers site URL per company to `startUrls`; `maxItems` applies to each one separately.
- **How do I find a company's Teamtailor site?** Careers pages on Teamtailor have job links like `…/jobs/<number>-<job-title>` and a "Powered by Teamtailor" footer. Paste the careers site or any job URL.
- **Do single job URLs include the employment type?** Yes, always. A single job is read from its own page, so the employment type comes with it whatever `includeEmploymentType` says.
- **Why did a run return fewer jobs than expected?** The careers site may list fewer open jobs than you expected, a filter may match none, or the URL may not be a Teamtailor careers site; the log says which. Open an issue if something looks off.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Teamtailor careers site URLs, such as https://career.teamtailor.com/jobs or https://<company>.na.teamtailor.com. Filtered listings (…/jobs?department=Sales), single job URLs (…/jobs/<id>-<title>) and careers sites on a company's own domain work too.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of jobs to return per start URL. Leave empty to get every open job on the careers site.

## `includeEmploymentType` (type: `boolean`):

Open each job's page to read its employment type (full-time, part-time, temporary). Adds one fast request per job; turn it off for very large careers sites when you don't need it.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Proxy settings. Teamtailor careers sites need no proxy.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    {
      "url": "https://career.teamtailor.com/jobs"
    }
  ],
  "maxItems": 5,
  "includeEmploymentType": true,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": false
  }
}
