## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

Export AliExpress search results without logging in. Give keywords or search URLs and the Actor returns one row per product with title, price, original price, discount, currency, units sold, star rating, images, free-shipping and Choice labels and the promotional tags shown on the card, across as many result pages as you ask for. Schedule it and products that appear since the previous run are flagged. Dropshipping research, product and trend discovery, price comparison and competitor monitoring at $0.001 per product.

### What you get

**Product** (one row each): `id`, `url`, `title`, `price`, `priceText`, `originalPrice`, `discountPercent`, `currency`, `soldCount`, `soldText`, `rating`, `imageUrl`, `images`, `freeShipping`, `isChoice`, `labels`, `listedAt`, `position`.

**Search** on every row: `search` (the URL used), `query` and `totalCount` (results AliExpress reports).

**Changes** on scheduled runs: `isNew` is true for products that were not in the search in the previous run.

Searches without results return nothing and are not charged. If AliExpress serves a page without products, the row carries an `error` field and is not charged.

### How to use it

1. Open the **Input** tab.
2. Add **Keywords or search URLs**, one per line (up to 100 per run): `lego`, `wireless earbuds` or `https://www.aliexpress.com/w/wholesale-drone.html?sortType=total_tranpro_desc`. Copy a URL from the browser to keep your sort order and filters.
3. Set **Max products per search** (60 per page, up to 1,200).
4. Click **Start** and export the rows as JSON, CSV or Excel.
5. Schedule the Actor to catch new products in your niche.

### Pricing

Pay per event: **$0.001 per product** and **$0.002 per new product** detected on a scheduled run. Empty searches are free. A search of 600 products costs $0.60.

### Limits and notes

- AliExpress picks the language, currency and local offers automatically, so titles and prices may not match what you see from your own country. You cannot choose them in the input.
- Only data on the search results card is returned. Seller details, variants and reviews are on the product page and are not opened.
- `rating`, `soldCount` and `originalPrice` are null on products where AliExpress does not show them.

### Related Actors

- **Amazon Search**: the same products on Amazon.
- **Google Trends**: demand for a product over time.
- **Shopify Catalog**: competitor stores' catalogs and prices.
