## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

Export property listings from any Fotocasa search in Spain. Filter homes for sale or rent on fotocasa.es, copy the URL and the Actor returns one row per property with price, price per square metre, rooms, bathrooms, surface, address, coordinates, features, photos, description and the agency with its phone. Schedule it and listings that appear since the previous run are flagged. Market analysis, investor deal flow, agency prospecting and price monitoring at $0.002 per listing.

### What you get

**Property** (one row each): `id`, `url`, `operation`, `propertyType`, `propertySubtype`, `description`, `price`, `priceText`, `pricePerM2`, `rooms`, `bathrooms`, `surfaceM2`, `features`, `tags`, `isNewConstruction`, `isAuctioned`, `isOccupied`, `hasVirtualTour`, `hasVideo`, `imagesCount`, `imageUrl`, `images`, `publishedAt`, `position`.

**Location**: `address`, `neighborhood`, `district`, `city`, `province`, `postalCode`, `latitude`, `longitude`, `isExactLocation`.

**Advertiser**: `advertiserType`, and for professionals `agencyName`, `agencyUrl`, `agencyPhone`.

**Search** on every row: `search` (the URL you gave) and `totalCount`.

**Changes** on scheduled runs: `isNew` is true for listings that were not in the search in the previous run.

Searches without results return nothing and are not charged.

### How to use it

1. Open Fotocasa, choose location, operation and filters, and copy the URL, for example `https://www.fotocasa.es/es/comprar/viviendas/madrid-capital/todas-las-zonas/l`.
2. Open the **Input** tab and paste the URLs, one per line (up to 100 per run).
3. Set **Max listings per URL** (about 30 per page, up to 900).
4. Click **Start** and export the rows as JSON, CSV or Excel.
5. Schedule the Actor to catch new listings.

### Pricing

Pay per event: **$0.002 per listing** and **$0.003 per new listing** detected on a scheduled run. Empty searches are free. A search of 900 listings costs $1.80.

### Limits and notes

- Name and phone are only returned for professional advertisers. Private sellers are never exposed.
- Most listings publish approximate coordinates; `isExactLocation` is false for those.
- `address` is what the advertiser publishes, often just a street or a neighbourhood.
- Use narrower filters or several zones to go beyond 900 listings.
