## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

Export classified ads from Kleinanzeigen, the largest classifieds site in Germany and the former eBay Kleinanzeigen. Give keywords or search URLs and the Actor returns one row per ad with title, excerpt, price, negotiable or free, postal code, city, posting date, photo and the shop name when the seller is a business, following the result pages automatically. Schedule it and ads that appear since the previous run are flagged. Reseller sourcing, price research, deal alerts and business seller prospecting at $0.001 per ad.

### What you get

**Ad** (one row each): `id`, `url`, `title`, `excerpt`, `price`, `priceText`, `isNegotiable`, `isFree`, `postalCode`, `city`, `postedText`, `imageUrl`, `shopName`, `shopUrl`, `badges`, `position`.

**Search** on every row: `search` (the URL used) and `totalCount`.

**Changes** on scheduled runs: `isNew` is true for ads that were not in the search in the previous run.

Searches without results return nothing and are not charged.

### How to use it

1. Open the **Input** tab.
2. Add **Keywords or search URLs**, one per line (up to 100 per run): `iphone 15` or a URL copied from the browser such as `https://www.kleinanzeigen.de/s-fahrraeder/c217`, which keeps your category, location and price filters.
3. Set **Max ads per search** (about 25 per page, up to 1,250).
4. Click **Start** and export the rows as JSON, CSV or Excel.
5. Schedule the Actor to get alerts on new ads.

```
### Pricing
Pay per event: **$0.001 per ad** and **$0.002 per new ad** detected on a scheduled run. Empty searches are free. A search of 1,000 ads costs $1.00.
### Limits and notes
- Private sellers are not named in the results; only business sellers show `shopName`.
- `postedText` is returned as shown on the page, for example "Heute, 16:30" or a date, and promoted ads may not show one.
- `price` is null when the ad shows only "VB" or "Zu verschenken"; `isNegotiable` and `isFree` tell which.
- Full descriptions, attributes and all photos are on the ad page and are not opened.
