## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

Scrape public TikTok profile and video stats without logging in. Paste usernames or profile URLs and video URLs, and the Actor returns one row per profile (followers, following, total likes, video count, bio, bio link, verified badge) and one row per video (views, likes, comments, shares, saves, description, hashtags, mentions, music, duration, country). Schedule it and every row carries the growth since the previous run: perfect for influencer vetting, creator tracking, campaign reporting and competitor benchmarks.

No TikTok account, no API keys, no browser. You pay $0.001 per profile or video.

### What you get

**Profiles** (`type: "profile"`):

- `username`, `nickname`, `url`, `userId`, `bio`, `bioLink`, `avatar`.
- `followers`, `following`, `likes`, `videos`, `friends` (exact numbers, not "2M").
- `verified`, `privateAccount`, `isSeller`, `createdAt`, `language`.

**Videos** (`type: "video"`):

- `id`, `url`, `description`, `createdAt`, `duration`, `cover`.
- `views`, `likes`, `comments`, `shares`, `saves`.
- `hashtags`, `mentions`, `musicTitle`, `musicAuthor`, `musicOriginal`.
- `username`, `nickname`, `authorVerified`, `authorFollowers`, `country`, `language`, `isAd`.

**Growth** on scheduled runs: `followersChange`, `likesChange`, `videosChange` for profiles and `viewsChange`, `likesChange`, `commentsChange`, `sharesChange`, `savesChange` for videos (null on the first run).

Accounts or videos that do not exist, are private or were removed return a row with an `error` field and are not charged.

### How to use it

1. Open the **Input** tab.
2. Add **Profiles**: `nasa`, `@khaby.lame` or `https://www.tiktok.com/@nasa`.
3. Add **Video URLs**: `https://www.tiktok.com/@user/video/1234567890`.
4. Click **Start** and export the rows as JSON, CSV or Excel.
5. Schedule the Actor (for example daily) to track follower and view growth over time.

- **Stats changed**: $0.0005 per profile or video whose counters changed since the previous scheduled run.

Unavailable accounts and videos are free. Other TikTok profile scrapers charge up to $3 per 1,000 results.

### Use it as an API

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/aolmo~tiktok-profile/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"profiles": ["nasa"]}'
```

### FAQ

**Does it list all the videos of a profile?** No. TikTok does not show the video list to logged-out visitors; the Actor returns the profile counters, and the stats of any video you give it by URL.

**Do I need a TikTok account?** No.

**Are the numbers exact?** Yes, the Actor reads the exact counters, not the rounded ones shown on screen.

**Where is the data stored between runs?** In a Key-Value Store of your account named `micro-saas-state-tiktok-profile`, one key per profile or video.
