## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

Scrape the full details of any Zillow property by URL or ZPID. Paste listing links (or the ZPID numbers from **Zillow Search Scraper**) and the Actor returns one row per home with everything on the page: price and status, Zestimate and rent Zestimate, beds, baths, living area, lot size, year built, HOA fee, days on Zillow, description, full price history, tax history, nearby schools with ratings, all photos, listing agent, brokerage and MLS id, open houses and the home facts (heating, cooling, parking, appliances, flooring, lot features and more). Schedule it to track price cuts, status changes and Zestimate moves on the homes you watch.

No API key, no browser. You pay $0.003 per property.

### What you get

One Dataset row per property:

- `zpid`, `url`, `status`, `price`, `currency`, `priceChange`, `priceChangeDate`, `zestimate`, `rentZestimate`.
- `homeType`, `beds`, `baths`, `livingArea`, `lotArea`, `yearBuilt`, `monthlyHoaFee`, `daysOnZillow`, `timeOnZillow`, `datePosted`, `dateSold`, `lastSoldPrice`.
- `description`, `street`, `city`, `state`, `zipcode`, `county`, `neighborhood`, `latitude`, `longitude`.
- `mlsId`, `mlsName`, `agentName`, `agentPhone`, `brokerageName`, `listingContact`, `isNewConstruction`, `isForSaleByOwner`.
- `priceHistory` (date, price, event, change rate), `taxHistory` (year, tax paid, assessed value), `schools` (name, rating, distance, level, grades), `photos`, `openHouses`.
- `facts`: heating, cooling, parking, appliances, flooring, stories, pool, fireplace, roof, exterior, lot features, HOA, taxes, price per sqft, school districts and more.
- `changed`: `true` when price, status, Zestimate or rent Zestimate changed since the previous run.

Properties Zillow does not serve (hidden off-market pages, wrong ZPID) return a row with an `error` field and are not charged.

### How to use it

1. Open the **Input** tab.
2. Paste **Property URLs or ZPIDs**, one per line: `https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/.../305433145_zpid/` or `305433145`.
3. Click **Start** and export the rows as JSON, CSV or Excel.
4. Schedule it (for example daily) and connect a webhook to the rows with `changed: true` to get price cuts and status changes.

Zillow limits how fast one source can read its pages, so the Actor spaces its requests: count on about 5 seconds per property.

}
```
| Field | Description |
|-------|-------------|
| `propertyUrls` | Zillow property URLs or ZPIDs. Up to 300 per run. |
- **Property scraped**: $0.003 per property. 1,000 properties cost $3.
- **Property changed**: $0.003 per property whose price, status, Zestimate or rent Zestimate changed since the previous scheduled run.
Properties that cannot be read are free. Other Zillow detail scrapers charge $3.60 per 1,000 properties.
### Use it as an API
```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/aolmo~zillow-property/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"propertyUrls": ["305433145"]}'
```
### FAQ
**Where do I get the URLs or ZPIDs?** From Zillow Search Scraper (the `url` and `zpid` columns), or from the address bar of any Zillow listing.
**Does it include off-market homes?** Yes, as long as Zillow shows the page publicly (Zestimate, facts and history are available for most homes).
**Why do some runs end with errors?** Zillow rate-limits every reader. The Actor spaces and retries its requests; on very large lists some properties can come back with an error, run them again later.
**Where is the data stored between runs?** In a Key-Value Store of your account named `micro-saas-state-zillow-property`, one key per property.
