Exports from previous runs have worked perfectly but not anymore. How do I get the export menu to appear here?

Hello, thank you for your feedback. There should be a big green button at the bottom of your run overview, as in the attached image. Is that missing in your preview?

Yes, green button is there but once pressed it remained unresponsive for several hours until the export was activated
