Got all posts but I'm missing one that was posted 8 days ago.

I havent skipped pinned posts and got 2 other pinned posts, but only this one is missing.

As I found out, it could be the reason that the post is not publicly available as the scraper is no-login one. I checked profile with incognito and I dont see that post.
So new question, can I log-in with a specific profile with the scraper so I will get all the posts?

The actor can not use the login in any form for legal reasons. Only public posts can be scraped.
