## Pricing

from $1.10 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Career Site Jobs Scraper (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters, Personio, Breezy)

This career site jobs scraper gets **every open job straight from company career pages**, the source that job boards copy from. Paste a careers page link, a shorthand like `lever:palantir`, or just the **company website** (`ramp.com`): the Actor finds which hiring system (ATS) the company uses and pulls all its jobs in one clean format, with salary when the employer publishes it. No login, no proxies, fast.

### Why career sites

- **Fresher and more complete** than job boards: jobs appear here first, often days before LinkedIn or Indeed, and many never reach them.
- **Direct apply links** to the employer, not to a reposting.
- **Salary** where the employer publishes it (common on Ashby, Lever and Recruitee).

### What you can use it for

- **Job boards and newsletters:** fill a niche job board (AI startups, fintech, remote, India tech) from a list of companies.
- **Recruiters and staffing agencies:** scrape Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby jobs to see who is hiring for which roles, every morning.
- **Sales prospecting:** companies hiring for a role are often buying related tools.
- **Market research:** hiring trends, team growth and salary ranges by company.

### How to use

1. Open the [Career Site Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/apisamurai/career-site-jobs-scraper) page and click **Try for free** (you sign in to your Apify account).
2. Add companies: careers page links, `ats:slug` shorthands or company websites.
3. Optionally filter by job title keywords, locations, remote only or posted date.
4. Click **Start**. Jobs appear in the **Output** tab.
5. Export as JSON, CSV or Excel.

**API:** `POST https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/apisamurai~career-site-jobs-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>` with the input as JSON in the body returns the jobs in one call.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Companies | Careers page URL, `ats:slug` shorthand, or company website. |
| Job title keywords | Keep titles containing any keyword (engineer, sales...). |
| Locations | Keep jobs whose location contains any of these (London, India, Remote...). |
| Remote jobs only | Keep only jobs the employer marks remote. |
| Posted after | Only jobs published after this date. |
| Include full job description | Clean plain text. |
| Max jobs per company | Default 1,000. |
| Only jobs new since my last run | For daily schedules: returns only jobs you have not received before. |

```json
{
  "companies": ["https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe", "lever:palantir", "ramp.com", "notion.so"],
  "keywords": ["engineer"],
  "locations": ["Remote", "United States"],
  "onlyNewJobs": true
}
```

Supported systems and example inputs: Greenhouse (`boards.greenhouse.io/stripe`), Lever (`jobs.lever.co/palantir`), Ashby (`jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp`), Workable (`apply.workable.com/huggingface`), Recruitee (`bunq.recruitee.com`), SmartRecruiters (`jobs.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup`), Personio (`personio.jobs.personio.de`), Breezy (`company.breezy.hr`).

### Output

One row per job, same columns for every system:

```json
{
  "company": "Bosch Group",
  "ats": "smartrecruiters",
  "jobId": "744000155960139",
  "title": "PLC Automation Engineer-ECF2",
  "department": null,
  "location": "bengaluru, India",
  "country": "IN",
  "isRemote": false,
  "employmentType": "Full-time",
  "salaryMin": null,
  "salaryMax": null,
  "salaryCurrency": null,
  "postedAt": "2026-10-16T10:17:20.145Z",
  "applyUrl": "https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup/744000155960139",
  "description": "Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is ..."
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per job saved: **$1.50 per 1,000 jobs** on paid Apify plans (less on Scale and Business). Filtered-out jobs are free. Set a spending limit per run and the Actor stops cleanly when it is reached.

### Integrations

- **Apify API** to start runs and read the jobs from any language.
- **Python and JavaScript clients** (`apify-client`) to feed a job board or database.
- **Zapier, Make and n8n** to post new jobs to Slack, Google Sheets, Airtable or your job board.
- **MCP for AI agents:** connect the Apify MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client and the agent can list a company's open jobs through this Actor.
- **Schedules and webhooks** in Apify Console for a daily new-jobs feed.

### FAQ

**Do I need an account or API key for Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby?**
No. You only need an Apify account. The Actor reads the public job feeds employers publish.

**How many jobs can I get?**
Every open job on each company's board, up to **Max jobs per company** (default 1,000). Add as many companies as you like.

**Why did I get fewer jobs than the careers page shows?**
Your keyword, location, remote and posted-after filters skip jobs, and filtered-out jobs are free. With **Only jobs new since my last run**, jobs you received before are skipped. **Max jobs per company** also caps each board.

**My company website was not detected. What now?**
Open the company's careers page and paste the link of any job: the Actor recognizes the hiring system from it.

**My company uses Workday, iCIMS or Taleo.**
Not supported yet. Open an issue with the careers link and I will look at adding it.

**Can I schedule a daily new-jobs feed?**
Yes. Turn on **Only jobs new since my last run** and create a daily schedule in Apify Console.

**Which export formats are there?**
JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, HTML and JSONL from the dataset, or the API.

**Is it legal to scrape career sites?**
It reads the public job board feeds that employers publish so their openings can be shared and displayed, and it collects no personal data. Follow each site's terms and the laws where you live. This is not legal advice.
