## Pricing

from $13.50 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## TikTok Shop Scraper: Products, Price, Stock, Sold Count

Give it TikTok Shop product, store or category URLs (US and UK) and it returns each product as JSON: current and original price, every variant with its stock, sold count, rating and per-star review counts, shipping and delivery days, flash-sale and free-shipping labels, and the shop's sales, rating and followers. $22.50 per 1,000 products; you pay only for rows you get.

**Use case:** track the price, stock and sold count of TikTok Shop products and whole stores every day, for competitor and trend research, with no login.

**Why this actor**

- **Drop-in input.** Input written for `pratikdani/tiktok-shop-scraper` (`url`, `region`), `unseenuser/TikTok-Shop-Scraper` (`productUrls`, `shopUrls`, `region`, `maxResults`) works as it is. `pratikdani/tiktok-shop-search-scraper` field names (`country_code`, `limit`) are also accepted; its keyword search is not offered, so give product, store or category URLs.
- Stock per variant (SKU), not just a price range.
- Seller stats in the same row: shop sales, rating and followers.
- When a product page is not served anonymously you still get its card data, at a third of the price ($7.50 per 1,000).
- No login, no cookies, no browser. Inputs that fail come back as free error rows.

Built by Arcadium Data: public data, dated and agent-ready, never personal data.

### Use with AI agents

Returns TikTok Shop products (price, variants with stock, sold count, rating breakdown, shipping, promotions, seller stats, top reviews) for product URLs or ids, store URLs and category URLs in the US and UK. Agents can call it through the Apify MCP server (`https://mcp.apify.com`, open source as `apify/actors-mcp-server`) as `arcadium/tiktok-shop-products`: the input schema is read from the actor, the result is a dataset of JSON rows.

Input example (minimal):

```json
{
  "startUrls": ["https://shop.tiktok.com/us/pdp/1729397565453996295"]
}
```

What comes back: one `product` row per product (charged), and a free `error` row for an input that could not be read. Filter on the `rowType` field. Product rows carry `detailLevel`: `full` (read from the product page) or `card` (TikTok did not open the product page to an anonymous visitor; only the store or category card data is filled, at a lower price). The error row carries `rowType: "error"`, a `code` (`invalid_input`, `not_found`, `blocked`, `unavailable` or `no_match`), a `message` and the `input` it is about. Retry `blocked` and `unavailable` later; do not retry the other codes with the same input.

Cost of the call above: 1 product at $22.50 per 1,000 (Free plan) plus the $0.001 start fee is about $0.024. Error rows are never charged.

### Use it from an AI assistant

```text
Use the Apify actor "arcadium/tiktok-shop-products" to compare TikTok Shop listings.
Input: {"startUrls":["https://www.tiktok.com/shop/store/asterwood/7495384600901552906"],"maxProductsPerUrl":20}
Each dataset row with rowType "product" is one product. Key fields: title, price, originalPrice, soldCount, rating, reviewCount, totalStock, promotions.
Run it, then rank the store's products by soldCount and show which ones are discounted or in a flash sale.
```

### Use it from code

Python:

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("arcadium/tiktok-shop-products").call(run_input={
    "startUrls": ["https://shop.tiktok.com/us/c/beauty-personal-care/601450"],
    "maxProductsPerUrl": 40,
})
for p in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    if p["rowType"] == "product":
        print(p["soldCount"], p["price"], p["seller"]["name"] if p["seller"] else None, p["title"])
```

JavaScript:

```js
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: '<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>' });
const run = await client.actor('arcadium/tiktok-shop-products').call({
  startUrls: ['https://shop.tiktok.com/us/pdp/1729397565453996295'],
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
console.log(items.filter((i) => i.rowType === 'product').map((p) => [p.price, p.totalStock]));
```

### Pricing

You pay per row delivered, at the price of your Apify plan. Error rows are free.

| Apify plan | Per 1,000 products (full, US and UK) | Per 1,000 product cards (US) | Per 1,000 product cards (UK) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free | $22.50 | $7.50 | $7.50 |
| Starter (Bronze) | $18.00 | $6.00 | $7.50 |
| Scale (Silver) | $16.20 | $5.40 | $7.50 |
| Business (Gold) | $13.50 | $4.50 | $7.50 |
| Platinum | $13.50 | $4.50 | $7.50 |
| Diamond | $13.50 | $4.50 | $7.50 |

UK pages are read through UK residential proxies, so UK card rows keep the Free-plan price on every plan.

Plus a one-off $0.001 when a run starts.

Set a maximum cost per run in the Apify run options and the actor stops before it goes over.

### Use cases

- Competitor tracking: run the same product URLs weekly and compare price, discount, stock and sold count.
- Store monitoring: one store URL gives its first ~20 products with full details; diff runs to see new listings and sell-outs.
- Category research: a category URL gives a changing sample of its products; repeated runs build a wider picture.
- Stock and promotion alerts: `totalStock`, `variants[].stock` and `promotions` show when a rival runs out or starts a flash sale.

### Limitations

- US and UK only. TikTok does not serve the other Shop markets (EU, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Japan) to anonymous visitors.
- No keyword search: TikTok shows search results only behind a captcha. Use store or category URLs to discover products.
- A store URL gives the store's first ~20 products (the batch the store page loads first). A category URL gives a rotating sample: the actor reloads it while it keeps adding new products.
- TikTok opens some product pages to anonymous visitors only behind a check page, on every attempt (in our tests about a quarter of store and category products). Those come back as `detailLevel: "card"` rows when they were found on a store or category page, or as a free `unavailable` error row when given directly.
- `soldCount` is TikTok's own global counter; shipping and delivery days are for the market of the page and change with the request date.

### Privacy

Only product and shop business data is collected. No reviewer names or photos, no shop owner or creator accounts, no emails or phone numbers (they are removed from descriptions and review texts). The legal business name from the "Seller information" block is output only when it is clearly a company (LLC, Inc, Ltd...), because sole traders often list their own name there.

### FAQ

**How fresh is the data?**
It is read when you run the actor, so it matches what TikTok Shop shows at that moment.

**Why do some rows have `detailLevel: "card"`?**
TikTok did not open that product page to an anonymous visitor. The row then holds what the store or category card shows (title, price, discount, sold count, rating, seller, image) and costs a third of a full row ($7.50 per 1,000 on the Free plan; UK cards stay at $7.50 on every plan). Set `cardFallback` to false to skip them.

**A product URL returned an error row. Why?**
`not_found` means TikTok says the product does not exist in that market. `unavailable` means the page was not served to us on any attempt; it may also have been removed. `invalid_input` means the URL is not a TikTok Shop product, store or category link, or is for an unsupported market.

**Something looks wrong in the output. Who do I tell?**
Open an issue on the actor page with the run link. We read them all.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Product URLs or ids (https://www.tiktok.com/shop/pdp/1729541517648171786 or 1729541517648171786) give full product details. Store URLs (https://www.tiktok.com/shop/store/asterwood/7495384600901552906) read the store's products; category URLs (https://shop.tiktok.com/us/c/beauty-personal-care/601450) a sample of the category. Give at least one; no keyword search. Also accepted as url (pratikdani), productUrls / shopUrls (unseenuser), productIds, storeUrls or urls.

## `region` (type: `string`):

Market used for product ids and URLs without a region: US (default) or GB. URLs with /us/ or /gb/ keep their own market. Other TikTok Shop markets are not served to anonymous visitors. Also accepted as `country_code` or `country`; UK means GB.

## `maxProductsPerUrl` (type: `integer`):

Products read per store or category URL, e.g. 20 (the default). A store page lists its first ~20 products; a category page shows a changing sample, which is reloaded until it stops adding new products. Also accepted as `maxResults` (0 = 500, the maximum) or `maxProducts`.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Optional cap on charged products for the whole run, e.g. 500. Empty means no cap beyond the per-URL limit. Also accepted as `limit`.

## `description` (type: `string`):

short (first 300 characters, default), full, or none. Emails and phone numbers are always removed.

## `includeReviews` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the up to 5 reviews the product page shows (rating, text, date, variant, verified and incentivized flags; never reviewer names). No extra charge.

## `cardFallback` (type: `boolean`):

TikTok serves some product pages to anonymous visitors only behind a check page. For products found on a store or category page, return what the card shows (title, price, discount, sold count, rating, seller, image) as a cheaper 'product-card' row instead of a free error row. On by default.

## `includeErrorRows` (type: `boolean`):

Adds a free row for every input that returned nothing or could not be read (removed product, wrong id, unsupported market), so a failure is never silent.

## `maxRetries` (type: `integer`):

How often a blocked or failed page is retried on a new connection, e.g. 3 (the default).

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Leave empty. The actor uses datacenter IPs for US pages (residential as a fallback) and residential GB IPs for GB pages.
