## Pricing

from $10.00 / 1,000 profile with emails

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

Find available **work emails, personal emails and phone numbers from LinkedIn profile URLs**. Add company details, location and career background to your lead lists, with results ready to review or export. **No LinkedIn login, cookies or coding required** to run it in Apify Console.

Use one profile link or a list for sales research, recruiting and CRM enrichment.

### What can this LinkedIn email and phone finder do?

- Find available work and personal email addresses.
- Return available personal phone numbers and their types.
- Add the person's job title, employer, company website and industry.
- Include location, work experience, education, skills and social links where available.
- Organize matched profiles into individual records for review.
- Export results to CSV or JSON for your next workflow.

The benefit goes beyond contact details: when a matched profile has no available email or personal phone, you still receive its available professional information. You can review the person's role, employer and background without discarding the whole record.

Data coverage varies by profile. An email address, phone number or complete career history is not guaranteed for every link.

### How to find contact details from LinkedIn URLs

1. Paste personal profile links into **LinkedIn profile URLs**, one per line.
2. Choose your run spending limit and start the Actor.
3. Open **Results and notices**, review the records and download your preferred format.

Start with one profile to see what is available, then add more links to process a list. Repeated links are checked once within the same run.

Use personal profile links such as `https://www.linkedin.com/in/profile-name/`. Company pages, posts and LinkedIn search pages are not supported.

For API users, the same input looks like this:

```json
{
  "linkedinUrls": [
    "https://www.linkedin.com/in/seyiakinruntan/"
  ]
}
```

### What data will you receive?

Each matched person has a separate record. The results table highlights the name, role, employer, contact details and location, so you can review a list before exporting it. The full result can also include company information, career history, education, skills and social links.

Here is a shortened example. All values are fictional and illustrate the result format; this is not the actual result for the profile link above.

```json
{
  "recordType": "profile",
  "success": true,
  "status": "found",
  "fullName": "Example Contact",
  "jobTitle": "Head of Sales",
  "companyName": "Example Company",
  "companyWebsite": "https://example.com",
  "companyIndustry": "Software",
  "location": "Washington, DC, United States",
  "workEmail": "contact@example.com",
  "personalEmail": "",
  "phone": "+12025550123",
  "phoneType": "mobile"
}
```

Every record includes `recordType`, `success` and `status`. Matched profiles use `recordType: profile` and `success: true`; their status is `found` when contact details are available or `profile_only` when they are not. Explanatory notices use `recordType: notice` and `success: false`.

Missing details are left empty. Extra messages explain links that could not be matched or processed; these messages are separate from the person's profile and are not charged.

CSV is convenient for spreadsheets and CRM imports. JSON retains the detailed profile information for connected workflows. Importing the results into a CRM requires your chosen integration.

### Sales, recruiting and CRM use cases

#### Enrich sales leads

Add available contact channels, job titles, employers and locations to leads whose LinkedIn URLs you already have. Review the results and group records for your sales workflow without copying each available detail by hand.

#### Add context to recruiting research

Bring available contact details, work experience and education into one record. Use the profile information to support your research, even when a phone number or email address is unavailable.

#### Complete CRM records

Fill gaps in existing records with company websites, industries, roles and location details. Export the results for review and import them using your existing CRM process.

### How much does LinkedIn contact lookup cost?

You pay once for each successfully returned profile. The price depends on the contact details available in that result. All other available profile information is included.

| Result returned | Paid Apify plans: per 1,000 profiles | Apify Free plan: per 1,000 profiles |
|---|---:|---:|
| Profile details, without an email or personal phone | $3 | $4.50 |
| Profile with email, without a personal phone | $10 | $15 |
| Profile with a personal phone, including any available emails | $20 | $30 |

These are alternative prices, not charges added together. On a paid Apify plan, one profile costs $0.003, $0.010 or $0.020, depending on its category. Free-plan prices are 50% higher.

For example, 100 email-only profiles cost $1 on a paid Apify plan. If those 100 profiles also include personal phone numbers, they use the phone category and cost $2 in total, with no extra email charge.

A company office number alone does not count as a personal phone. Both work and personal email addresses qualify for the email category.

- Unmatched profiles, failed lookups and explanatory messages are not charged.
- Duplicate links count once within a run. A profile returned in a later run is charged again.
- Platform usage is included, with no additional Actor start fee.
- Free and paid refer to your Apify account plan. There is no separate Actor subscription.

Set a run spending limit to control your budget. If the remaining budget cannot cover another result, some links may not be processed. The Actor's **Pricing** tab shows the active prices for your account.

### Frequently asked questions

#### Do I need a LinkedIn account?

No. Paste the personal profile URLs and run the Actor in Apify Console. You do not need to provide LinkedIn credentials or cookies.

#### Will every profile have an email address or phone number?

No. Contact availability varies. A matched profile may contain an email, a personal phone, both or neither. Where available, contact quality information and check dates help you review the results, but they do not guarantee current reachability.

#### What if there are no contact details?

You still receive the matched person's available professional information, such as their role, employer, location, work experience and education. That record uses the lower profile-only price shown above.

#### Can I search by name, company or email address?

No. This Actor starts from personal LinkedIn profile URLs. It does not provide name search, reverse email lookup or company-page scraping.

#### Can I process a large list?

Yes. You can submit up to 10 personal LinkedIn profile URLs in one run. Duplicate URLs count once.

#### Are the details updated live?

Not every detail is reverified during your run. Available contact check dates may be older than the lookup, and professional information can change. Review important details before using them.

#### What if a link returns no result?

Check **Results and notices** and **Lookup summary** for the explanation. A missing match or temporary lookup problem does not prove that the profile or its contact details do not exist. Follow the guidance provided, check the link and retry later where appropriate.

#### Can I automate repeat lookups?

Yes. Save reusable Tasks, schedule runs or use Apify's [API and integrations](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations). This lets you connect profile enrichment to a wider workflow without changing the input you use in Console.

### Support and responsible use

For help, open the Actor's **Issues** tab and share the run link with a short description of the problem. Do not post API tokens or private contact details in public issues.

Use the results only for lawful, authorized purposes and follow applicable privacy and outreach rules. Finding contact information does not imply permission to send messages.

# Actor input Schema
