## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Wanted Jobs Scraper (원티드 채용공고) — Korea & Japan

Extract job postings from **[Wanted](https://www.wanted.co.kr)** (원티드), the leading job board for tech, startup and professional roles in South Korea, plus Wanted's Japan listings. Get clean, structured JSON with the full job description, which job boards normally only show on the detail page.

### What you get

For every job posting:

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `title` | Data Engineer (Growth) |
| `experienceMin`, `experienceMax`, `isNewbie` | 3, 10, false |
| `skills` | Python, Java, AWS |
| `intro`, `mainTasks`, `requirements`, `preferredPoints`, `benefits` | full text sections (주요업무, 자격요건, 우대사항, 혜택 및 복지) |
| `dueDate` | 2026-11-02 (null = open until filled / 상시채용) |
| `referralReward` | 1,000,000원 |
| `url`, `logoUrl`, `imageUrl`, `scrapedAt` | |

### Use cases

- **Recruiters & HR tech**: track who is hiring in Korea, for which roles and seniority.
- **Labor-market & salary research**: demand for skills (Python, React, AI/ML…) across Korean companies.
- **Sales lead generation**: companies that are hiring = companies that are growing.
- **Job aggregators & AI job agents**: feed fresh Korean/Japanese listings into your own product.

### How to use

1. **Search by keyword** — set `keyword` (Korean or English), e.g. `python`, `데이터 분석`, `마케팅`.
2. **Or browse the latest jobs** — leave `keyword` empty and choose `country` (Korea or Japan), optional `categoryId` (the number in a `wanted.co.kr/wdlist/<ID>` URL; `518` = Development / 개발), `years` of experience and sort order.
3. Set `maxItems` and run. Results appear in the dataset; export as JSON, CSV, Excel, or use the API.

Turn off `includeDetails` for a faster, cheaper list without the long description sections.

#### Example input

```json
{
  "keyword": "data engineer",
  "maxItems": 200,
  "includeDetails": true
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per result: you are charged per job saved to the dataset, and nothing for failed requests. The Apify free plan's monthly credit covers thousands of jobs.

### Tips

- Run it on a schedule (daily) and compare `id`s to get only **new** postings.
- `dueDate: null` means the posting has no deadline (상시채용).
- Use the Apify API or integrations (Google Sheets, Slack, Make, Zapier, n8n) to send new jobs anywhere.

### Notes

This actor reads publicly available job postings only. It does not log in, and it does not collect personal data about job seekers. Please use the data in line with applicable laws and Wanted's terms.

# Actor input Schema

## `keyword` (type: `string`):

Search jobs by keyword (Korean or English), e.g. 'python', '데이터', 'marketing'. Leave empty to list the latest jobs.

## `country` (type: `string`):

Wanted country site. Used when no keyword is given.

## `categoryId` (type: `integer`):

Optional Wanted job group ID (the number in wanted.co.kr/wdlist/<ID>), e.g. 518 = Development. Used when no keyword is given.

## `years` (type: `integer`):

-1 = all, 0 = entry level, 1-10 = jobs open to that many years of experience. Used when no keyword is given.

## `sort` (type: `string`):

Sort order for the job list (no keyword).

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Fetch each job page for requirements, main tasks, preferred points, benefits, skills and full address. Turn off for a faster, lighter list.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of jobs to return.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Proxy settings. Wanted works best WITHOUT a proxy (the default); only change this if you know you need one.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "keyword": "python",
  "country": "kr",
  "years": -1,
  "sort": "job.latest_order",
  "includeDetails": true,
  "maxItems": 100,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": false
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

All scraped job postings (dataset items).
