## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Trendyol Reviews Scraper – Ratings, AI Summary & Sentiment

Get **Trendyol product reviews** in bulk from product URLs or IDs: **star rating, review text, date, likes, seller, size/variant and customer photos**, plus a per-product **summary with the 1–5 star distribution, aspect sentiment (Kalite, Paketleme, Fiyat, Teslimat…) and Trendyol's own AI review summary**.

It reads Trendyol's public review endpoint inside a Chromium session. Minimum/default memory is 1GB. The default uses no proxy; blocked connections produce free status rows.

Good for: product research before listing on Trendyol, competitor review monitoring, collecting negative reviews (1–2★) to find product problems, sentiment analysis / LLM pipelines, and brand reputation tracking.

### Input

```json
{
  "products": [
    "https://www.trendyol.com/karaca/inox-yag-filtreli-zamanlayicili-fritoz-xl-3-2l-p-80580612",
    "838129892"
  ],
  "maxReviewsPerProduct": 100,
  "reviewSort": "NEWEST",
  "minRating": 1,
  "maxRating": 5,
  "onlyWithMedia": false,
  "includeSummary": true
}
```

- **products**: product URLs (any Trendyol product link, also `/yorumlar` pages) or the numeric ID after `-p-`. Duplicates are removed.
- **maxReviewsPerProduct**: `0` = every review.
- **minRating / maxRating**: e.g. `maxRating: 2` for negative reviews only.
- **onlyWithMedia**: only reviews with photos/videos.

Need the product list first? Use [Trendyol Scraper – Prices, All Sellers & Reviews](https://apify.com/atesen-software/trendyol-scraper) on a category, brand, store or search, then feed the product URLs here.

### Output

One row per review:

```json
{
  "productId": 80580612,
  "productUrl": "https://www.trendyol.com/karaca/inox-yag-filtreli-zamanlayicili-fritoz-xl-3-2l-p-80580612",
  "reviewId": 672959088,
  "reviewRating": 5,
  "reviewText": "çok beğendim",
  "reviewDate": "2026-10-14T15:55:54.403Z",
  "reviewLikes": 0,
  "reviewSellerId": 1288112,
  "reviewSellerName": "AYDIN KARDEŞLER ZÜCCACİYE",
  "reviewVariant": null,
  "reviewLanguage": "tr",
  "reviewMediaUrls": [],
  "reviewTrusted": true
}
```

Plus one `"type": "summary"` row per product (when *Add review summary* is on):

```json
{
  "type": "summary",
  "productId": 838129892,
  "averageRating": 4.4,
  "ratingCount": 232,
  "commentCount": 97,
  "photoReviewCount": 21,
  "ratingDistribution": { "1": 19, "2": 2, "3": 12, "4": 25, "5": 174 },
  "aspects": [{ "name": "Kalite", "mentions": 10, "positive": 9, "negative": 1, "positivePercent": 90 }],
  "aiSummary": ["…"]
}
```

Reviewer names, height and weight are **not** exported (personal data).

#### Status rows (never charged, the run never fails on bad input)

| `status` | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `invalid_input` | Not a Trendyol product URL / ID (e.g. a category page) |
| `no_reviews` | The product has no ratings, or the ID doesn't exist |
| `no_matching_reviews` | Reviews exist but none match your star/photo filters |
| `blocked` | Trendyol rate-limited the requests after retries; try later or enable the RESIDENTIAL TR proxy |
| `failed` | Unexpected response after retries; `message` explains |

The **Reviews** and **Product summaries** views in the Output tab separate the row types; filter on `type` in the API.

### Pricing

Pay per event: **$0.0005 per review** ($0.50 per 1,000) and **$0.001 per product summary**. Status rows are free. Example: 50 products × 100 reviews with summaries = 5,000 × $0.0005 + 50 × $0.001 = **$2.55**. Set a *maximum cost per run* and the Actor stops exactly there.

### Use with Make, Zapier, n8n or Google Sheets

- **Make / n8n / Zapier:** Apify app → *Run an Actor* `atesen-software/trendyol-reviews-scraper` → *Get dataset items* (view `reviews`).
- **API:** `POST https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/atesen-software~trendyol-reviews-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_TOKEN`
- **Schedule** a daily run with `reviewSort: "NEWEST"` and `maxReviewsPerProduct: 50` to monitor new reviews of competitors.

### FAQ

**Do I need a proxy?** The default uses no proxy. You can configure a proxy explicitly. Optional RESIDENTIAL TR fallback requires `autoProxyFallback: true`.

**Is it legal?** It collects publicly visible review content without logging in and without personal data. You are responsible for how you use the data (KVKK/GDPR, Trendyol terms).

This Actor is not affiliated with Trendyol.

#### Proxy default

The default input uses no proxy. Residential fallback is disabled by default and requires explicit opt-in (`autoProxyFallback`: `true`). Existing explicit proxy configuration is still respected.

#### Browser transport and availability

The public review JSON endpoint is fetched inside a Chromium session using the same origin and storefront cookies as the product scraper. Minimum/default memory is 1GB. No proxy is enabled by default; the Actor does not interact with or solve CAPTCHAs. After two unsuccessful requests it reports a free blocked/failed status and stops retrying that endpoint for this run. A blocked status is not review data. This transport requires a new cloud build before use.
