## BOE Eléctrico España

### Qué hace

Este Actor consulta el sumario diario del **Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE)** español
y extrae las publicaciones relacionadas con normativa eléctrica: el Reglamento
Electrotécnico de Baja Tensión (REBT), sus Instrucciones Técnicas Complementarias
(ITC-BT), autoconsumo fotovoltaico, infraestructura de recarga de vehículos
eléctricos y eficiencia energética.

### Cómo se usa

Parámetros de entrada (ambos opcionales):

- **fecha**: fecha del BOE a consultar, en formato `YYYY-MM-DD`. Si se deja en
  blanco, se usa la fecha de hoy.
- **palabras\_clave**: lista de palabras clave propia para buscar en los títulos
  de las publicaciones. Si se deja vacía, se usa una lista por defecto centrada
  en normativa eléctrica.

Si el BOE no tiene publicación ese día (fin de semana, festivo) o no hay ninguna
publicación relacionada con las palabras clave, el Actor guarda un único
registro indicándolo, en vez de fallar.

### Qué datos devuelve

Por cada publicación relevante encontrada, un registro en el dataset con:
