## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Bazos.cz & Bazos.sk Scraper

Extract listings from Bazos — Central Europe's largest peer-to-peer classifieds platform with 3M+ monthly visitors in Czechia alone. Supports **bazos.cz**, **bazos.sk**, **bazos.at**, and **bazos.pl**.

### What does Bazos Scraper do?

Scrape classified listings from any Bazos domain: electronics, cars, real estate, jobs, furniture, and 20+ other categories. Search by keyword across Czech, Slovak, Austrian, and Polish markets in one run, or paste any category URL.

Bazos is famously minimal — no JavaScript rendering, no anti-bot protection, pure HTML. That means fast parsing, tiny response sizes, and no browser overhead.

### Output fields

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| listingId | Bazos listing ID |
| title | Listing headline |
| price | Numeric price (null for "Dohodou" / negotiable listings) |
| currency | CZK (cz), EUR (sk/at), or PLN (pl) |
| priceRaw | Original price text as displayed |
| description | Listing description snippet |
| location | Seller's city or area |
| dateText | Publication date as shown |
| category | Category (auto, pc, mobil, reality, etc.) |
| country | CZ, SK, AT, or PL |
| isTopAd | Whether the listing is a promoted top ad |
| views | View count when shown on the listing card |
| imageUrl | Primary listing image |
| url | Direct URL to listing |
| scrapedAt | ISO timestamp |

### Who is it for?

- **Resellers** finding underpriced inventory across Central Europe
- **Car dealers** tracking Czech, Slovak, Austrian, and Polish used-car pricing
- **Market researchers** analyzing regional pricing differences
- **Lead generators** building seller databases by region
- **Data analysts** building CEE market datasets

### Pricing

**$0.0010 per result** ($1.00 per 1,000 listings). No subscription.

| Results | Cost |
|---|---|
| 100 | $0.10 |
| 1,000 | $1.00 |
| 10,000 | $10.00 |

### How to use it

1. Enter one or more **Search Queries** — each runs against both bazos.sk and bazos.cz automatically.
2. Or paste any Bazos category or search URL into **Start URLs**.
3. Set **Max Items** (default 100) and **Max Pages per URL** (default 5).
4. Click **Start**.

### Supported domains

| Country | Domain | Currency |
|---|---|---|
| Slovakia | bazos.sk | EUR |
| Czechia | bazos.cz | CZK |
| Austria | bazos.at | EUR |
| Poland | bazos.pl | PLN |

### Output example

```json
{
  "listingId": "854321098",
  "title": "iPhone 15 Pro 256GB, záruka",
  "price": 850,
  "currency": "EUR",
  "priceRaw": "850 €",
  "description": "Předám iPhone 15 Pro, 256GB, stav výborný...",
  "location": "Bratislava",
  "dateText": "15.09. 2026",
  "category": "mobil",
  "country": "SK",
  "isTopAd": false,
  "views": 143,
  "imageUrl": "https://www.bazos.sk/img/...",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-09-19T10:00:00.000Z"
}
```

### Technical details

- Built with **Crawlee + Cheerio** (HTTP-only, no browser) — fast and cheap
- Bazos has **no anti-bot protection** and no JavaScript rendering
- Residential proxies pre-configured for high-volume runs (1,000+ listings)
- Automatic pagination via Bazos's `/{offset}/` URL pattern (20 listings per page)
- Multi-country support in a single run (SK + CZ by default)

### Known limits

- **Bazos is Czech/Slovak-first.** English keywords return fewer results than native-language queries.
- **"Dohodou" prices** (negotiable) come back as `null` for `price`, with `priceRaw` set to the literal text.
- **Search pagination caps** at 100 pages per Bazos's own limit. For larger datasets, split by region or subcategory.

### FAQ

**Do I need to configure proxies?** No. Residential proxies are pre-configured. For small runs (under 500 listings), plain HTTP would also work.

**Can I scrape all 4 domains in one run?** Yes — pass a bazos.at or bazos.pl URL to **Start URLs**. Currency and country are set automatically.

**Does this include full descriptions?** Listing-page snippets only. Detail-page scraping for full descriptions and seller contact info is on the roadmap.

**How do I export data?** After a run, go to Storage → Export as JSON, CSV, Excel, or XML.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

Keyword searches. Each runs against bazos.sk and bazos.cz automatically. Native-language terms return the most results.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Paste any Bazos search URL (bazos.sk/search.php?...) or category subdomain URL (auto.bazos.sk, mobil.bazos.sk, etc.).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Hard cap on listing rows per run.

## `maxPagesPerUrl` (type: `integer`):

Maximum pages to crawl per query or URL. Each page holds ~20 listings.

```json
{
  "searchQueries": [
    "iphone",
