### 2026-10-28: A crashed or timed-out run no longer blocks the monitor

#### Fixes

- Before, a crash or timeout left a safety lock that made every later run on the same `monitorKey` fail until the lock was deleted by hand. The lock now expires by itself within about 3 minutes, and the next run continues from the last saved baseline. Two runs on the same key still never update the baseline at the same time.
- A run that loses its lock to a newer run ends with `LOCK_LOST` and writes, delivers and charges nothing.
