**Use case:** 

Replace the sample manufacturer SRN and label, then run this Task on a schedule. The first successful run creates the supplier baseline; later runs emit certificate, status, version, expiry and portfolio changes. Unchanged certificates are suppressed, so a quiet run returns nothing.
