Download a China NMPA UDI daily or weekly release as structured device rows, or preview the first 100 records after the package is MD5-verified. This Actor reads the public release files. It is not the official NMPA API.

A successfully emitted record costs $0.0025. The start is $0.01 per GB of run memory. A 100-record preview is about $0.26. Set `maxTotalChargeUsd` before a complete release. At the limit the run stops with `BUDGET_EXCEEDED` and the charged rows stay in the Dataset. A missing release is `NO_RELEASE`, not a source failure.
