- **Prices:** `price` and `currency` retain the primary displayed asking price. `prices` preserves source amounts and currencies for the same offer, with each entry's `operation`. No exchange rate is inferred. `isStartingPrice` marks a starting price when identifiable; it is not an exact unit quote.
- **Property or development:** `postingType` and `isDevelopment` distinguish source posting kinds. A development can describe several units; it does not establish which individual units are available.
