## Changelog

### 2026-09-29

*Fixes*

- Flags conflicting asking prices in seller descriptions and withholds the numeric asking price until the discrepancy is verified; retains the original labeled price and seller prose.

### 2026-09-27

*Fixes*

- Avoids presenting county labels as city names or ambiguous financial amounts as exact prices.
- Reports skipped listing reasons and bounds transient retries; challenge, expired, or mismatched pages cannot become charged listings.

*Changes*

- Clarifies public field availability and sample output for the current BizBen listing.

### 2026-07-20

*Features*

- Initial release for extracting public BizBen California business-for-sale listings from canonical listing URLs.
- Normalizes asking price, revenue and cash-flow availability, location, description, business category, lease and rent facts, images, and public broker context.
- Supports bounded discovery of related BizBen listings for repeat acquisition sourcing and monitoring workflows.

*Reliability*

- Validates BizBen listing URLs, deduplicates by canonical route, retries transient requests, and fails clearly when no useful listing can be extracted.
