- Responses with GraphQL errors, non-JSON content or a missing scoreboard now fail immediately instead of being retried or saved as a partial result. Only network errors, timeouts (including connections that stall or reset while the response is downloading), HTTP 429 and HTTP 5xx are retried.
- Invalid status, date mode, school, date and numeric inputs fail with a clear message before any charge or request.
- Runs now log per-date upstream, skipped, duplicate and filtered counts and finish with a summary status message.
- Invalid NCAA start timestamps are returned as `null` instead of a non-numeric value.
- Added private, sanitized failure diagnostics (30-day retention).
