- License number lookups now accept suffix-bearing NSCB licenses such as `0060348A`, including lowercase suffixes and numbers without leading zeroes.
- Every run saves a `RUN_REPORT` record listing each search as completed, no match, partial, not attempted, or failed, with source, filtered, duplicate and saved counts and the reason the run stopped.

#### Fixes

- Multiple classifications on one license are now separate array entries instead of one merged string.
- A license number search returns only that exact license; suffix variants of the same base number are no longer saved under it.
- Very broad searches, such as a wildcard-only company name, now return records instead of failing with an NSCB server error, and large result pages use far less memory.
- Detail pages are checked against the selected license, and results pages with a missing or malformed results table now fail instead of producing an empty success.

#### Safety

- Invalid inputs fail with a clear message before any charge or source request.
- When a run's maximum total charge is reached, the Actor stops before opening more license details and never saves uncharged records.
- Failed runs send sanitized diagnostics to our private error-tracking service for repair.
