## Changelog

### 0.1.0 — 2026-10-24

- Search Sacramento County's public GIS permit layer by application ID, type, status, address substring, parcel and applied-date range.
- Export identifiers, property/work details, valuations, contractors and available dates with source links.
- Bound exports to 1–10000 records using paginated queries; fail clearly on malformed input or source errors.
- Coverage follows the county GIS layer, not every municipal portal. Applicants and inspection history are excluded.
