## Changelog

### 0.1.0 — 2026-10-04

- Search Washington L\&I electrical contractor licenses by business-name substring or exact license number.
- Export official status, expiration, UBI, mailing location and source provenance.
- Enforce electrical-contractor scope, unique-record limits and bounded transient retries.
- Uses the official public export, which may lag changes in L\&I Verify; individual electrician certificates and insurance/bond details are not included.
